Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary, an IHG Hotel
First Impression is terrible!Our room smelt like wet dog so much so it was almost unbearable. Then went out for the evening just to find the parking lot was full, no spots for paid customer's, not impressed.The breakfast was very bland with no dietary need options with the typical cheap breakfast items.I tried talking to staff about the smell in our room only to be told to contact the manager.Terrible odours generally in the hotel, it's in need of some renos.Don't waste your time going here.I will not be staying at this chain again.
