Manitobah Flagship Store

Today I went to the Forks for dinner and noticed the store, always wanted a pair but as I am allergic to rabbit fur; I haven’t. The manager Dawn was amazing and well versed about current stocked helped me pick out a pair of faux fur cabin indoor/ outdoor clogs. Definitely would recommend and go back!

Purchased a pair of footware for my wife. Excellent quality.

Not super impressed by my experience here. We ordered some moccasins online for Xmas! After finding the fit tight for our friend, we tried seeing if we could return for a better size! Upon entering the staff seemed to ignore us at the counter for 10 minutes. This included asking us to move aside as they checked out other customers. After we were helped, they wouldn’t offer us any option despite a receipt within their return period. No option to try new size, no other model despite not having an issue paying more for a higher model. Just “we aren’t able to help online customers. Just mail it back”. Now that i know the customer service is worse than Amazon, I definitely wouldn’t be looking at being a repeat customer. Why have a “flagship” store if it’s not to serve your customers?

Beautifully layed out store upstairs at The Forks. A really nice shopping experience. The girls working there were courteous. My wife got a nice pair of purple moccasins, about her 6th purchase from this company
