If i could let a zero star review i would, the service is laughable they dont look u in the eyes or say hi, the waitress laugh at us because we dindt know an article wasn't available there and plus the fried chicken was soggy and cold. To any new costumers just go to another one of they're location arround valleyfield.

This was the worst Tim’s that I have ever been to. I placed a Mobile order and when I went in to pick it up after waiting 10 minutes I asked about it, the girl said “our printer is not working so we aren’t getting the orders”. She then tried to give us Iced Coffees without ice in them, she said “we have no ice”. I told her that I didn’t want iced coffees without ice in them. There seemed to be no manager or anyone in charge. A bunch of kids running the restaurant and ignoring customers waiting to place orders. Really bad experience.

I had an issue with my order and the staff membre gave me attitude. I don't order much from there and she thought I was a regular by the way she talked to me. Not everyone knows how u operate. Gave it a 2 star just cuz.

Been going to this Tims regularly and always ordered from drive through, Lately we were having problems with the young employees taking orders from us saying that they are out of the food items we were asking. Then we had no choice but to wait in the drive through just to get out. The last two times One of our family member walked into the building while the other went to the drive through to order the food and was told that they were out of it. Then the other family member ordered the same food from inside and got the items except he had to wait a bit longer and he could see that employees were not too happy getting the stuff ready. Not blaming anyone but the management should pay attention and fix the problems.
