Awesome coach's coach! Dr. K helped me better understand my team and help them achieve new PRs by coming at things in a slightly different and individualized way. I have way more confidence now when I pull one of my kids aside for some specific work and same for the team. I have a much better sense on how to create cohesion and teach flow.

Karla is very good at what she does-- she is patient, kind, and really listens to what you're saying. She finds out what you'd like to accomplish and helps to really develop a plan to achieve that goal. She really digs deep at that particular issue that may be creating an obstacle for you. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good life coach--

What a wonderful experience. I consulted with Dr Steingraber because I was struggling during the lockdowns and I was so relieved to find that not only was her manner so congenial that I was instantly at ease but she taught me how to approach things I was failing to tackle in all aspects of my life in such an achievable way. She has 100% helped me cope with the anxiety that has plagued me over certain aspects of my day-to-day life going forward in what I hope is a post-pandemic world.
