I've been dealing with Monarch Siding for more than a year now and their service is excellent. The sale person assigned to me (Seth) has gone beyond to provide me with material that hasn't been available recently and his support on different aspects of the business has been awesome. The order Desk guys are far from good. They are the best and always have very good aptitude. It is so good to count on a supplier like this and with this excellent staff to develop your business smoothly. Way to go people.

I've always enjoyed doing business with Monarch, but don't waste your time going here anymore. They won't open any new accounts and they won't sell to homeowners or private purchasers, regardless of how big your order is. I struggle to see how turning away a 20K purchase is a good business strategy. Notwithstanding supply chain issues, this is how you run a business into the ground, by turning away one customer at a time. I went up the road to a competitor and they were happy for the business, and when the supply chain issues are long over, I'll continue to deal with their competitor.
