Went to Audi London for my 3rd year servicing. Due to a house move, was new to this Dealership. I had been booked for the two year service, which was a larger service event then year three. Geoff questioned me till my account and profile were accurate, and in the process saved me some money. Our discussion re Audi vehicles enlightened me to features that I was not aware of. Love my Audi and Geoff acted like an excellent salesman. This guy was excellent.

My service rep was Geoff Mannion. He was very personable, professional, and helpful. The technician looking after my car sent a detailed video, enabling me to actually see what needed to be done and why.At Geoff’s suggestion, the technician was able to repair an issue with the rear license plate mounting bracket saving me the expense of a replacement part. Much appreciated.The entire service department is extremely competent and very professional.

Everyone at this dealership is amazing and super helpful. Last two times I have taken my car in I have had Blair as my service consultant and he is amazing and explains everything they are doing to your vehicle. The customer service level is top notch!

Had my A5 in for service today. My service advisor Blair walked me through the work to be done, the cost and arranged transportation for me. Once completed he contacted me arranged pick up for me, reviewed the vehicle inspection report and had me on my way quickly. Appreciate the great service and quick turn around.

I have been going to Audi London for two years. They've been helpful and responsible in the work requested. Once my engine failed on highway and was towed to the shop and it came out totally functional again and worry-free after the incident. Geoff is the representative I've been in touched with and he is a professional and friendly guy. I would say it's not a place to go if you want to save costs, but it is a reliable and trustworthy place.

The experience was fabulous (as always). James helped me with every aspect of the service visit, including finding me an Uber to and from my visit. My car was clean and my preferences (lights, seating, etc.) were reset when I picked up the car. All of the techs and staff at Audi London are professional (expert), courteous and efficient. Great dealership.

I always receive excellent service at London Audi and it starts with Blair. He’s always been extremely helpful and explains the best ways of dealing with whatever issues you may be having. I would recommend him to anyone, he is the best service advisor I have come across and I’m 71.
