Great company...customer service is great too,its an always pleasure buying stuff such as jujube bags and baby carriers also for cloth diapers and every bit of kids related items from this company,i did not have any issues with any of the product.always a pleasent experience,fast shipping is plus.im so thankful to this company for making this mama bear life easy and peaceful.i highley recommend this company.

I religiously follow their website’s sales.If you’re a Jujube fan; their selection and pricing is unmatched. The have essentially every Jujube print as soon as it comes out; in every piece available.Eventually; at least one or two pieces from each print will go on sale because they have such a large selection. It is smarter,however, to buy as soon as a print is released because popular patterns go very quickly and you won’t be able to get the piece you want. The remaining pieces in the line will go on sale but unless you’d be satisfied wit a be-neat etc. It’s much better to buy early

This company's return policy is a joke. I made the mistake of ordering a Tula carrier for $125 from Enfant Style recently. I then found the same carrier for significantly cheaper and wanted to return the unused Tula carrier I had purchased from Enfant Style. I looked up their Return Policy which states that I have 14 days from the date I received my item to make my return, and I was still well within that timeframe. I then saw that I needed to reach out to them to obtain an RMA number to make my return. I quickly received a response advising me that they don't allow the return of baby carriers for hygiene reasons (this was an unused baby carrier), and they also wouldn't allow the return of the item because I had obtained it on sale. I then took the time to read through pages upon pages of their long winded return policy. To return an item, it has to be new and unused, and they will evaluate your item and if it's not up to their standards, they will return it to you at your cost. You can't return baby carriers, even if unused (along with a long list of other items), you can't return sale items, items have to be returned within 14 days of receipt otherwise it's final sale, you need an RMA number to make your return, shipping charges aren't refunded, no returns on gift certificates, gifts can only be returned for a store credit, a 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, and the list goes on and on. They have set it up so that it is near impossible for any customer to make a return to them. And if you do end up being one of the lucky customers to make a return, they will thank you by not refunding your shipping charges and charging you a 10% restocking fee. But my favourite part of their Return Policy is where they state Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with what you purchased

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. DO NOT be lured in by the sale prices because chances are they don't even have it in stock. I put in an order of 5 items, only to have them e-mail me and say 2 of them were unavailable. That didn't bother me too much as I was open to substitutions. However, they got my substitution wrong and before confirming it with me, went straight ahead and shipped it. They never bothered to read my e-mail carefully or reply to it. I'm deeply annoyed because the item they shipped was NOT the item I wanted. The substitution was also cheaper and not only did they not issue me a refund, they sent me an invoice asking me to pay more. Hilariously bad service.

Just amazing!!! I forgot my older tula at a hotel room and i just notice when i got back to Toronto, it was Canada day, everything closed and i had another trip booked for 3 days later, so i ordered a new tula online and i emailed them that i was in a urgency, so they sent my tula express shipping as same price a standard shipping, i got my new tula a day before my trip and its really pretty. Thank you Enfant Style, love deal with you.

That said, I clearly indicated to ensure they ship the correct items and no substitution.I got my order yesterday with no issues so will definitely shop with them again. I got donutella print placement on my large set piece so I can’t complain.

I have ordered a few times from this store and have found they tend to be defensive on multiple occasions.if there is an issue they do not offer any form of assistance. My emails were ignored once they felt they had justified themselves, that is not a way to gain repeptive business. That was the last time shopping from this retailer unfortunately. I am all for supporting local business but not if they don't know how to handle customer issues.

You should STRONGLY consider ordering online elsewhere as like others have said there customer service is horrible. I placed an order for a Tula carrier based on the pattern and style I was looking for. They emailed me back after I purchased saying there was an error with the system and it wasnt available. To make matters worse, image on the website and the order comfirmation was the wrong one, to which they claim the carriers are very similar." They're not at all. They however have the one I thought I was ordering in stock but will require me to pay more money as it costs more. What a joke. And apparently based on reading other reviews

excellent customer service, very responsive via email/facebook, helps to accommodate in any way they can. They are one of my go to retailers for diaper bags. (ju ju be, itzy ritzy, etc) would highly recommend to all my friends.
