Patient abandonment is a form of medical malpractice that occurs when a physician terminates the doctor-patient relationship without reasonable notice or a reasonable excuse, and fails to provide the patient with an opportunity to find a qualified replacement care provider. Let’s hope the next time I want to throw myself from a moving car… I don’t. Your retirement should be PERMANENT forever.

Dr. Dimock is one of my favorite Doctors. He is kind, has a nice sense of humour and most importantly he is always accessible when I need him. He is always willing to try a new approach when things aren't working and doesnt give up on you. Keep it up Dr Dimock!

Dr Dimock has been my doctor for the past 12 years. I actually look forward to our appointments. He has listened to and supported me through my darkest moments. He genuinely cares. I also enjoy his humour. I always leave our appointments feeling better than when I arrived. Thank you for your continued support DrD!

I find Dr. Dimock to be patient and very compassionate and very comfortable to be around and talk to. Certainly benefitial to my mental well being
