They were awesome! They were able to fit me in relatively quickly, got back to me in a very timely manner, and were very efficient when it came to the repair. Dave and Nicky were also both very kind, polite and professional, they create a very personable image of the business as a whole. The metal dinosaurs on the property and the geese also made it a fun atmosphere

I initially took my 2003 cavalier in for an out of province inspection. It failed due to what they called a medium leak in the driver side power steering rack". They offered to fix it by replacing the rack and doing an alignment for a grand total of 900 dollars. Having doubts

I really regret taking my Cherokee to this shop and I would not recommend them. As soon as I pulled out of their parking lot after their leaf spring install my Jeep started CLUNK'ing, then it started whirrring"

Went in with an engine light on and was terrified that I would be paying thousands of dollars to fix it. I also was told by a previous mechanic that my sway bar was wonky and that it needed a fix. When I told these guys I was on a budget, they looked into everything for me and were very honest. They investigated everything for me for a very fair price and said the leak was not an issue for an engine because it was so small and just vapor, they also were able to fiddle around with the gas cap and stop the engine light. When I asked them about the sway bar they quoted me a price, but also said I could hold off on fixing the sway bar until I had a bit more money. They were so honest and straightforward. I highly recommend!

This is the only shop I trust with my LML Duramax. We've worked together for over 7 years and my experience has always been friendly and professional. The stainless exhaust system they installed is still purring without issue and so is the performance chip kit they installed back in '13.Even when they moved across town. 20ish km away I remained a loyal client for anything serious.. Lucky, it's only been a few issues they've needed to repair for me.

I had a profound and progressive howling noise on my truck. I took it in to this shop for an appraisal and was told I needed a rear end job and quoted 3k. This included a new rear end and bearings, 4 new rotors, full brake job and a water pump. I then took my truck to my trusted and licensed backyard mechanic for a second opinion and he replaced 2 rotors only, a full brake job and water pump. I was told no evidence of a rear end job needed and bearings were not leaking. Howling was the rotors wearing and water pump vibrating NOT the rear end! Spend 1k instead of 3k and have a perfectly working vehicle now. Be cautious of this place!

Share details of my experience..? Well here it is! About a week ago my Jeep Wrangler started making grinding noises upon firing up the engine and on one occasion it wouldn’t even start. It was disclosed to the mechanic at least twice before they started the work. I looked around for a Jeep mechanic shop online and I came upon this one with great reviews. They said that they were Pros for these kinds of vehicles as described on their website. I don’t know why small shop mechanics still think it’s fine to rip people off even now at this day and age while everything is searchable in the Internet.I called and described the issue of how it wasn’t starting and about the noise and suggested it could be the clutch needing replacing. The guy on the phone was knowledgeable and even mentioned that the clutch usually needed replacing around 150K km and mine was at 112k so that might not be the issue but gave me a quote to fix the clutch anyway. I booked it in to replace the clutch if it was that issue but ultimately I needed the Jeep to start and told them that. They never called me to explain what they had found and I had to call for an update. By then the clutch had been replaced. They didn’t let me know what was the actual issue that it didn’t start. At this time I had to return the rental car and so I passed by after hours to grab my Jeep. When I started it up, the same scratching noise was there and literally there was no change to the initial issue. It was drivable at the time so I took it home and left a voicemail and went back down the following evening after work and asked why is the Jeep acting the same way as when I had dropped it off? The Professional mechanic there basically said the clutch wasn’t the problem with your Jeep, it was your starter. All because I inquired for a quote for a clutch thinking to myself that that might be the problem. The current odometer reading is at 112K and that clutch was good for 150K so it had 38K left of life in it since that was now revealed to not be the issue. I got ripped off in two ways - around two years of life left in that clutch, and over $1375 dollars. I’m not a professional mechanic and they claim to be One so I was relying on their expertise but they never bothered to call me. Instead they just did the job that wasn’t necessary.I believe what goes around comes around. If they have to be doing this kind of dishonest business there’s a lot of coming around on their end. In the end I had to take the Jeep to a dealership to get the right part fixed because I wouldn’t trust them touching it again with a 10 ft pole.Ps. The starter job cost $550 parts and labour.

Wasn’t very happy with my experience. Ordered parts and trusted they had the experience. Went over every detail of what I was needing and wanted to know %100 sure it would fit. (Or I could have just ordered myself) well it didn’t. Was pretty disappointed and called to see what we could do to rectify the situation or at the very least hoping they could take accountability and learn from the mistake at the very least because obviously I can realize mistakes can happen even for the “professionals”. Called and left messages with owner, and finally got a hold of a staff there who was going to look into some options for me. Never did hear back from owner or anybody. So at the end of the day I thought their professionalism was poor with just ordering parts never mind any type of work. My experience is how you do one thing is how you do everything. I would not recommend them.

I just had my car repaired at Broken Axle; needed some major work done - new brakes, battery and replacing a finicky wheel sensor for abs. They aren't fancy but they do good work at a very competitive price compared to the dealer I've gone to for far too long. I plan to deal with them again for future repairs and maintenance.

Came in due to prior good reviews I no longer see available here, to get a second opinion on some recommended repairs (totaling $2k) from a Chrysler dealer. After having them inspect each item the first shop supposedly found, these guys were keen in determining most of them were made up or gross exaggeration and they would only recommend bringing my jeep back when doing an oil change -to check the source of a minor oil leak. Due to their honest advice and friendliness I came back and have saved myself the unnecessary repair work the dealer would have done!
