Worst bank to use for a morgage. Won't help customers in a difficult time. My morgage representative was unprofessional and did a bad job helping port a morgage suddenly we had no life insurance after porting and they forgot to apprise the house 3 days before we were scheduled to sign papers almost cost me a house. It was a very difficult process in an already stressful time last thing you want is extra stress getting a morgage. Hope they do better.

Had a wonderful experience with the lady (sorry I don't know her name) at the welcome/information desk. I had a few silly questions but she didn't bat an eye, she was really friendly and helpful! Great customer service! I also see a financial advisor here who is also wonderful!

Every review saying teller’s are ‘amazingly patient,’ in fairness, they have to be. Everyone has waited in line for 30+ mins so they’re likely a bit edgy when they get to the front. No value placed on people’s time. Only thing stopping a full one star is that most of the staff are actually nice, just don’t seem to care about the customer’s time.

Wanted to move an RSP, Made an appointment with Biannca, she seemed like she couldn't get off the phone fast enough, was going to call back with a new appointment time, she never did, nonetheless, went domewhere else even though I have been dealing with CIBC since I was 17 not impressed !! Plus you can't use the ATMs on Sunday worst service ever !!
