Cap-des-Rosiers Lighthouse
Tallest lighthouse in Canada. Great for a quick visit. There was no one to collect the fee so we just went right in a few times since we were staying just up the street.Interesting history shown on the placards. Worth a visit!

Trail from the National park through marshland (a nice 3-4 kms hike by the bay) lead to the lighthouse. It's a pretty spot to sit and just feel the breeze, watch the birds and hear the waves.

Cap-des-Rosiers Lighthouse
The most beautiful light house I have ever seen in Canada. The structure itself is standing in a nice location near tge tip of Saint Laurent. It certainly reminds us of the old naval glory that the region once possessed. I would rate this as the number one light house seen so far in my Gaspe trip.

Cap-des-Rosiers Lighthouse
Great little area to stretch your legs! We stopped here on our tour of the Northern area of Forillon. The parking lot is a little bumpy and rocky, but we were able to find a good spot. The lighthouse itself is quite the sight, worth a visit! We didn't see any wildlife, and it was a bit foggy that morning so the views weren't outstanding, but it was nice regardless!

Gorgeous place full of history, very well maintained by a group of locals. I really encourage visitors to take the guided tour. Kudos to our guide who really knew everything about the place.

This is the tallest lighthouse in Canada. If you are in or near Gaspé, it's definitely worth visiting. Fantastic views!

Cap-des-Rosiers Lighthouse
We didn't enter as for going up the light house one had to pay $10 for a guided tour of 45 minutes. For 4$ one can just roam around the lighthouse. I felt it was too steep a price for the place. So the rating is based on the fare and what would have been offered.

Cap-des-Rosiers Lighthouse
Beautiful light house and one of the tallest ones in Canada. We couldn't visit it but we still enjoyed walking the grounds and getting close to it. It's a tall building with a history, worth the stop!
