I am very impressed with the knowledge of the Staff. The nice Lady knew the chassis model codes of my bike over the phone, before they even checked the parts with the computer, and they found the exact part for my old Honda Shadow ACE. They called me immediately when the part arrived, I assume from Japan, as it said Honda

Never, will I set foot in your dealership again.Brought in a 2018 Honda CB 650 F.A with very low mileage for a safety. 2000 km on the tires. 6700 km on the bike.Bike would not pass safety because the mechanic said the front tires were feathered because of low tire pressures.Tires had plenty of tread depth. I know what a bad tire looks like and there was nothing wrong with that front tire.With the multi ply hardness tread of the S22 tires, they do wear differently.The tires were safe!I have been a licensed mechanic since 1984. Mechanic told me that my tire pressures weren’t correct that’s why I was getting the feathering.Believe me, I know all about tire pressures especially on a motorcycle.You guys must’ve been having a slow day and wanting to sell me a front tire for no reason.Bridgestones S22 had plenty of tread depth with only 2000kms on them.Believe me, if I wasn’t Retired, I would’ve done the safety myself.Including my apprenticeship, I have been working on vehicles since 1980 and I know when a tire is bad or not…I drove to London and bought a new Triumph Street triple 765.I wish I could give you zero stars.

Very pleased with the service I received from everyone at the dealership! I went in unsure of what of what I was wanting to buy and after being promptly greeted by the staff I was very happy with the level of knowledge and enthusiasm of everyone. After some questions of what I was after the sales team guided me to the right choice for what I was looking for, I decided on a new Honda CRF450R it was a very easy and smooth process and in no time at all I picked my new bike up. When I was there to get it Brandon and Brianna were very helpful in any questions or concerns I had, I even spoke to one of the technicians, Alec who helped me understand the proper servicing and maintenance of the machine. I am 100% satisfied with the service and everyone who helped me along the way I will definitely be back!

I have been connected with this place for ten years. Time to give them their 5 stars. They have my bikes in their computer. We chat and strategize together. They have great skills. I am not mechanical. The former owners always gave time and advice as if I was a relative. The new owner is following that excellent pattern. The service is good because we both communicate clearly. I recommend them.

Had my first experience with Hudson Motorcycle recently after owning several bikes in the past. Great place , great people with a giant showroom full of bikes and accesories. Honda , Kawasaki and KTM. Highly recommended. I know I will be back there soon. Thanks to Breanna and Brandon!David Ray

Just wanted to come on here and say what's been on my mind...Let me just start by saying; I have bought 3 brand new minibikes from 3 different dealers in SWO within the last 9 months. One 50, and two 110's. And BY FAR, Hudson's was the most pleasurable to deal with. They came through with exactly what they said as far as expected arrival of the bike, which has been a nightmare for me with other dealers. And they were also the only ones to have an ownership and green plate ready for me when I picked it up. This was huge for me because we all know how much taking time out of your work day to go to Service Ontario SUCKS!!So I wanted to give a big shoutout to them for that, and I know where I'll be going for all my future dirtbike needs.

I recently took my bike to Hudson Honda for some bottom end transmission work and they went above and beyond, they took care of small problems I didn't even know I had. They definitely treat customers right and are extremely knowledgeable about any off road vehicle you can throw there way. They helped me out major with my rebuild and I have no issues what so ever, I would definitely recommend them for and parts or service you might need. They offer all sorts of new products and gear. Don't bring you bike anywhere else it was worth it for me to make the trip from Windsor! Thanks Hudson you guys are awesome!!
