I just went this location i was waiting from 10 mins she forget my order and when i get my coffee it was cold because she already maked but she forget to pass when i asked she just went inside inside with my coffee and gave me back and my bagel is burdened

There’s one particular female, she was working today Tuesday 21 @ 1:40pm. She always has the worst attitude ever, every time I see her she gives me dirty looks. I was paying for my French vanilla and she asks me if I had a points card I said no and she went “good” and walks away. My card wouldn’t tap and it’s a tap only card she goes “insert your card”. If you hate your job fine but don’t take it out on your customers.

One of the best locations i have ever visited.Exceptional Customer Service.I would like to recognize the employee name Simran she is doing very great job.This is not the traditional location so it’s obvious that one will not get same experience as Traditional tim hortons but the employees doing really very great job also they facing very rude customers and people being very disrespectful to the workers because of menu unavailability.

Whenever you come to this location there’s always a huge line up in evening and the staff just doesn’t care. Two girls and none of them are bothered to serve the customers fast and doing things at their on pace. Ridiculous.
