Belle River Auto Bros.

I've been to Auto Bros on a few different occasions for various repairs of my truck. The entire staff is great to work with, especially Doug. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers! Trustworthy, honest, dependable, I highly recommend.

Doug and his team are truly amazing. He explains the problem in detail and offers the best solution to get you on your way. They are fast and efficient while still providing quality service. Overall the best mechanic shop I have ever worked with! Thanks Doug!!!

When it comes to mechanics, it's hard to find one you can trust. I'll tell you right now that you can trust Doug and his team 100%. I put my name on that.My whole family had been going to Auto Bros since we moved to town 4 years ago and they've always treated us right, shot it to us straight and always took the time to bring us back and SHOW us what needs to be done. Better yet, Doug will tell us of something needs to be done immediately or if it can be something we put off for a while and take time to plan for the expense.Even if we moved an hour away, we will always come here for everything.

Professional crooks. These reviews have to be fake. They sold me a certified vehicle with a number of issues that shouldn't have passed a safety.1. The air did not work so there was no defroster (extremely unsafe in winter).2. The muffler was coming off but they put something on it to hold it up temporarily.3. At least one of the mounts is off the frame.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at AUTO BROS shop, and I must say that the job done by the mechanic was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and efficient.These people are rock!

I highly recommend BR Auto Bros. I called early Monday morning after my muffler fell off. Doug was incredibly helpful and the service fantastic. Muffler was replaced at a great price and done the same day.Awesome, friendly and excellent service. Thanks so much again!

By far the best customer service I witnessed and received. My daughter urgently needed to address an issue in her vehicle. We were turned away from several places, given ridiculous quotes, and wait time was unacceptable. We felt defeted but hopeful that Auto Bros would get us in. We live an hour away, but every time we are in the area, we drive through Belle River, so it makes sense. Let me tell you, it should have been the first call we made. We were told to come the same day, given a wait time, and the car was serviced as we waited in the area.Everything was explained with care. The price was very fair and the job was done without any other costs. It saved the day.I know who gets the first call from now on.Don't hesitate! Make the call.I have a feeling you'll be greeted with a smile.(It's worth the drive)
