Amy is amazing at her craft - the body, mind and soul connection can often become unbalanced, as humans, we might not be able to understand why or what happened. Amy listens to her clients and provides insight towards healing. The consultation was plenty of information for me to get started on my healing journey, and the acupuncture was painless and effective. I've been going for 6 months now and have referred plenty of friends and family! You don't have to identify what's off, you just need to know where to go for help :) I feel lighter and balanced with a combination of the effects of Amy's work and my own self care.
