The food is not as fame as its name, had hard time to decide what to order, the menu is not very creative and fusion enough, and price is bit high. The service is good, but a group of 10, they only do group bills, so they asked us the diy service, the website says in a tone of passive aggressive way, it seemed very Vancouver culture. The duck is crispy and tender, scattered apple and grape, but no potato, why?The Pho seems popular, I saw many tables ordering it, it was good, but not very hot, I mean just warm, should Asian soup should be very hot?The homemade sausages is a blah, not very flavourful, the mustard is from MacDonald? The dessert is not bad, but the palmier is not fresh, not sure how long it sit in that jar.I like the ambience of the decoration.

Incredible food, lovely drinks and great service all in a really beautiful space. We were delighted to get a reservation here for Valentine's Day. Even on a night where you would expect it to be super busy, the service was still dialled in! All of the staff were super friendly and efficient, food came quickly and the whole dining area was nice and spacious. We never felt like we were too close to other guests or that it was ever too loud.Linh Café has done a really great job in every way, this is what hospitality is all about!

Never disappointed in this restaurant. They don’t take reservations you have to go early to write down your names and line up. The line can be long from 30 minutes up to an hour or so.Make sure you go there early so you can get the mussels before it sold out. It was the best mussels I ever had before. Too bad we couldn’t order this time. The snails is really rich and tasty. I could eat a whole bread with the snails sauce. The lobster benny is pretty good, but the portion a bit small compared to the price. Clam is good but we were too busy with the snails.

Based on a recommendation from a YouTuber review, my friend and I decided to try LINH CAFE, a French-Vietnamese fusion restaurant in town. The sleek and modern building immediately caught our attention as we walked in. The interior is chic and comfortable - perfect for a girls' get-together or a selfie session. After perusing the extensive menu, we decided to try a variety of dishes. We started with the YELLOWFIN TUNA TARTARE, which had a strong sesame oil flavor that overpowered the dish. However, the homemade potato chips served alongside it were exceptionally crispy with a bold potato flavor. We wished we could have ordered the chips alone as a snack.Next, we had the NEM - CHẢ GIÒ - SPRING ROLL, which my friend loved. While I found it to be a bit salty for my liking, the filling was delicious and well-seasoned.The CHICKEN LIVER was served with a creamy dijon mustard sauce that complemented the dish well. However, we felt it could have been even better if the liver had been marinated prior to cooking. The FRIED FROG LEGS were a standout dish for us. Seasoned with garlic, butter, chili flakes, and fresh herbs, the frog legs were incredibly tender and perfectly complemented by the garlic butter. I highly recommend trying it!The DUCK BREAST wasn't as impressive as we had hoped. While it was served with glazed apples and grapes, we found the fruits to be the highlight of the dish. The duck breast itself seemed overcooked and lacked the desired tenderness.Lastly, we tried the PHỞ BÒ with braised beef brisket, rice noodles, and bone marrow. We were blown away by the rich and flavorful beef bone soup base and the perfectly cooked rice noodles. The bone marrow, however, wasn't to our liking. To end our meal on a high note, we indulged in the restaurant's delicious bread. It was so good that we each finished an entire loaf!Overall, LINH CAFE offers a unique and delicious dining experience with a beautiful atmosphere. Some dishes may need minor adjustments, but the quality of the food and the attentive service make it worth checking out.

Unique Vietnamese food influenced by French style. Lots of parking around but kinda of not easy to find. Happy with the service and dining experience. Worth trying. My son fell in love with it.

The Pho with Ha Noi flavors here is a must-try, especially with the authentic vinegar garlic chili on the side. The breakfast options with a Western twist are also delicious. While some dishes like the foire tasted a bit strange to me and the cake slices weren't special, the restaurant's service, decor, and atmosphere make it worth the slightly higher price. Give it a try!

The pho here is very good, the broth is flavour. It's a nice place for noodle lover. Don't forget to add up homemade garlic chilli sauce.

Food was great but service was poor.First of all, the restaurant does not accept reservations for a party smaller than 6 or 8 (can’t remember exactly but we have 5 ppl). Therefore, we purposely arrived earlier for dinner which was around 5:20pm. We were immediately told by the host that we need to finish our dinner by 7:15pm in order to let the next reserved party sit down. That sort of rubbed us in the wrong way to begin with but we accepted the challenge. Then more issues with our waitress. She was very polite but I think this is more of a training issue for her. She was filling our glasses with a Red Sangria but it was dripping all over the table then it dripped on my friend’s light color dress! She was apologetic and helped my friend to clean it. Then once again, she reminded us we will need to finish dinner by 7:15pm. During the whole dinner, she was constantly interrupting our conversation by collecting empty dishes or even unfinished dishes! At one point, she collected all of our utensils and plates but there was still food left to eat! We were already quite annoyed by that. It feels like the kitchen was out of dishes and plates that they needed to collect them as soon as the customers are somewhat done with the food. Finally, we were paying the bill and our waitress brought over the credit card machine but basically walked right up to our friend’s back and leaned over against him. That’s the reason why we believe all of this is more of a training issue. She needs to learn to give space and privacy to their customers (and how to pour properly)! This is a higher end Vietnamese restaurant and the service certainly did not feel that way.
