Rude staff… made we wait two days still no delivery. They call u at the end of the day, if u miss there call by 5 minutes, no delivery. They delivery when is convenient for them

Fast service

My wife pre-ordered mattress bags from here (to limit physical contact due to Covid). She arrived at the location to find mattress bags piled on the dirty floor mats of front entrance. Thinking this was some error, she entered the store to question if these were the bags that she pre-ordered. It was confirmed that they were. She requested some clean bags from the service personnel. The staff very rudely questioned why she needed different bags. My wife took them to entrance, used her shirt to wipe dirt off the bags (pictures attached). Again the staff was extremely rude to her and suggested that they would never do a pre-order" again. She was not offered different bags
