D&P BAKERY

I ordered online through a 3rd party because they don't answer the phone or have a website that takes orders. I tell them I need the cake in 3 days for bday. I receive no communication other than a receipt that says to pick it up in 4 days. I go to the location to pickup. No staff are there. I ask people what to do. They say to go in back of the warehouse building into a fridge and just take it. I do this with no direction, asking several people for direction. I find a fridge, no labels or signs. I open. It has a cake in there and many other items. I assume it is mine. I take it and within about 15 seconds, the plastic container for the cake breaks and the cake falls onto the concrete, smashed and ruined. If the plastic cake container can't handle the cake, they should put it in a box, or put a warning on it. I phone their # on Google and it gets blocked; goes straight to voicemail. I leave voicemail of the incident and how I need a new cake or for it to be fixed. No staff or contact available to offer any level of customer service. Still no answer heard from this company"."

I order their products every month. They always have answered and delivered on time. The presentation of the products is very good. They carefully keep the products fresh. And the taste is delicious.

I have been buying all kind of products from DP bakery since 2018. The service has always been great and the food is amazing. The owers are super friendly. I recommend this place 100%.

Absolutely amazing food! The cakes are beautiful, the customer service was wonderful, and the food was to die for. If you want amazing cakes or delicious Venezuelan food, this is where you need to be. :)
