My stylist was Fariba and she did an amazing job. She fixed my totally messed up dark brown/reddish patchy hair and turned it into a nice brown with honey balayage. My hair is hard to bleach so my expectations were low but this girl knows her stuff! Best colour I’ve ever had. Pleasant, funny and detail oriented, couldn’t be happier with her services!

Professional service from the moment you arrive! Smiling and friendly receptionist. Wonderful hairdresser! Young and dynamic! She suggests perfectly by understanding what we really want.

I really wanted to like this place and I don’t like leaving a bad review, but I have to be honest. First impression was not good nor professional. I called to make and appointment and the receptionist told me a date and I time to which I accepted. I gave them my name and phone number and she confirmed my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist said they didn’t have me booked in for that specific time. They apologized and offered someone to just do a basic cut on my hair. My hair just needed a basic trim and so I decided to get the service done. To be fair I knew the styles wasn’t comfortable with long hair but said she can do the basic trim (no styling). The haircut was ok (not the greatest but it will do during the time of a lock down). When I was finished the receptionist apologized again but told me next time to call the day before and confirm the appointment again. However, I did confirm my appointment over the phone and I was not given any instructions neither by the receptionist on the phone or on the website to call a day before your appointment to reconfirm it. I thought this was super unprofessional. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience.

Very nice staff. However there was an employee’s child there to spend a day and get a haircut… it was loudly mentioned that the child had Lice!! And the child stayed in the salon for the day. Not the greatest choice on the employee’s that were aware. Quite a disappointment. Yikes

Showed up this afternoon without an appointment and was luckily able to be treated by Cynthia who was super friendly and knowledgeable. Very welcoming and professional atmosphere all around. Highly recommend.

I’ve used this hair salon many times over the past four years. I’ve always been happy with my experience.However, I made an appointment just recently to have my hair cut and donated to CHEO.When I called they assured me they would be able braid and cut the hair to the correct standards. The hair was put into four braids, I was later told by intake that it was suppose to be six.Then to top it all off she cut off 10” of hair for donations, and another 2-3” ended up on the floor.Was hair is extremely short for unnecessary reasons. If she had just stopped at my shoulders it would have been fine, but apparently people who donate get bobs. !!Not only is my hair extremely short. But it’s also extremely uneven. The left side and right don’t line up and on the right side of my head I have short layers under long layers. I look ridiculous!I’m so upset with what happened.I’m happy they accepted my donation and won’t regret doing it. But I will always regret trusting this salon.You should be embarrassed. When I showed my hair to a friend who was also in the hair industry she was horrified and told me all I could do was wait for it to grow back.

Just called to get a quote for a simple roots coloring and the girl told me I am obliged to get a mise en plis when I just wanted to get my hair dried. And when I told her I don't want a mise en plis I just want to not go out with wet hair in the super cold weather I am pregnant I don't want to get sick, she refused and told me I am obliged to get that blow-dry from the hairdresser! I even mentioned I can dry my own hair she got mad and told me it will be 100$ without taxes for roots coloring!!! What an utter and complete scam. Am never going there!!
