My tenant had a complaint about mould in the basement. I contacted Reolux the next morning, had a technician call me within an hour and scheduled an appointment for 2:00 that afternoon.Wali was very professional, arrived on time and was very through. He did thermal and moisture detection to source out the problem area, and addressed solutions with me.Felicia was also a pleasure to speak with, she coordinated the appointment and explained the scope of the visit.Excellent customer service !I would highly recommend Renolux to anyone needing a professional mould and moisture assessment company, along with everthing else they provide homeowners with !

I stumbled upon Renolux simply because my preferred vendor with my home insurance didn't pick up the phone! And Renolux was fantastic! They came same day, did an assessment and had emergency services working on my home within a couple hours of my call. They even took my call in the middle of the night when a second incident occurred and we need help. They checked on my damages over the weekend, and when time came for full repairs, they were quick and the job was done so well. Also, they worked well with my home insurance and their quote for repairs was WAY lower than the quote from my insurance's preferred vendor. Overall, very pleasant experience, super professional, responsive, and would highly recommend.

I would not reccomend this company to anyone. Our project was set back 3 days, our project manager was absolutely atrocious & underskilled and the only positive contact we had was with the VP and the gentleman who was sent in to drywall/paint. The whole process was chaos with little to no communication and was poorly carried out. Thankfully the VP did make it right with my other half and did what they could to get the already delayed project done.

Great customer service, the person whom I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable about how they could restore my basement once it was flooded. Workers were professional and more importantly on time!

Renolux Restore Group did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation. Great workmanship, all work was done on time and as promised. Most importantly all the work was done with very little disruption to the household. Peter and his team were great to work with!

This company is a scam. I had a small leak and had them come on site to inspect and give a quotation. They said they would do everything start to finish and sent me a quotation of 2200$ approx. Came in then took a total of 1 hour to open up a 12 inch x 12 inch drywall set up fan and locate the leak. Then I found out they wont even fix the leak and asked me to find a plumber to do it. When I got the leak fixed and called to have the drywall repaired they sent me another quote of $2000. Biggest scam they make it seem like everything is included however keep sending you bill after bill. I made a huge mistake to use this company who overcharged and wasted my money.

Peter is very well known in the industry and an amazing guy to know. The team at RenoLux and STER-OL are professional and truly genuine in wanting to help. They keep a clean warehouse that has updated equipment to address floods and fires.

-WORST managed company I have ever worked for!!!!!-they changed their business name 3 TIMES in 3 YEARS: Rainbow International to First General Services of Markham to Renolux Design, GOOGLE IT, then call/contact the head franchise corporate office First General ask about their relationship with the former First General of Markham if you don’t believe me!!!- toxic work environment they micromanage their employees-90% of the work is sub-contracted out, they only have 2 technicians on staff-owners are poor communicators, yell at their employees, uneducated ( neither have any sort of business diploma nor degree ), make poor decisions, and have no idea how to run a business-half the employees are satisfied but have no idea what really goes on behind the scenes and the other half have told me they were actively trying to GET OUT and find another job somewhere else.
