We have been very impressed with the exceptional service provided by everyone at Provincial Heating & Cooling since we first called them. From work on our old equipment to the sale, installation and maintenance of our new furnace and A/C unit, they have been nothing but helpful answering any questions that we had. All staff that we have had the pleasure of dealing with, Gavin, Justin, Dan and Alex have been extremely friendly and professional. Our most recent spring maintenance with Dan on our A/C unit went exceptionally well. Kudos to everyone there for all-around top-notch service.

We've been dealing with Provincial Heating for the last few years and have been very impressed with their service. Dan, Derek and Jason were very professional, efficient and informative when they recently did some work for us. We appreciate their excellent service.

Today July 4th I received service call from Jason (who rates a 5/5) to do a A/C Tune Up. But first I must convey that I was very amazed at the speed that Provincial HTG took to return my message. Gavin called me on Sunday to arrange a time for my appointment which was in the next two days-Tuesday--AMAZING Also, two GR-Great points 1) Jason was exceptional (5/5) and thorough and explained what he had done in detail (this is the first time that I had heard of a Capacitor) and 2) Provincial had a $125.00 special on A/C Tune Ups which I took advantage of. I would definitely hire Provincial Heating again. They definitely look after the customer needs.

My furnace broke down over the weekend - called Provincial and my point of contact was Gavin. He was friendly with great customer service - he answered a call in the middle of the night, and he understood that the situation was urgent. He came quickly to help us out and provided great advice/options on a new furnace.The crew that came to install the furnace were professional, skilled and trustworthy. They took the time to explain how the new equipment worked and provided answers to my questions that were easy to understand.My experience with Provincial is that they are a knowledgeable company that work efficiently and look to provide you with the best product for your needs and your budget. We ran into an issue during this period of time but Gavin communicated well and found a solution in a timely way. Overall I had an excellent experience with Provincial and I will be using them again in the future.

I recently bought my home and knew that my a/c (although running) was making some unwanted screeching noises and needed servicing. People in my community recommended Provincial as a great company and I scheduled them to come down to service my unit. (There was a little mixup with the appt but that was fixed right away). Derek came down and checked it out, and we discovered a few screws missing from the unit and what looked like some kind of dent on the top (something had fallen on it at some point), causing the fan blades to scrape against the cover. A quick and simple repair and my unit was back up and running perfectly. Super happy with their service!

Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through things as he worked during the service call. Alex kept me updated and helped me reschedule when I had a timing conflict. The crew were also great a couple of years ago when I did my AC installation. Everyone at Provincial has been consistently helpful and professional no matter what I've needed to call them for, for both my furnace and A/C.

On Monday Dan came by for our inspection of the AC. He noticed that our AC (17 years old) is on his last legs, So we decided to get a new unit. Gavin arranged that we got the new unit installed on Friday. The new unit is much smaller and quieter.Thanks again Provincial Heating for the good service which we experienced for over 20 years.

Went to turn on our a/c before the hot weather- nothing. We had been so impressed with Gavin and Dan from Provincial when our furnace broke down that they were our only call this time! Gavin, Derek and Jason came out, checked the options, did the replacement and didn’t leave until everything was 100%, cool air blowing and we were happy

We had Dan come out to service our furnace and he was very courteous, worked quickly and answered all of our questions. It is nice to have someone come to your home that gets the job done right and is very pleasant to talk to. I am absolutely going to call them the next time we have a heating/cooling problem at our house. Also, thank you to Alex for following up to make sure everything went well. I always prefer to use locally owned companies for anything I can. Thank you Provincial Heating & Cooling.

We called Provincial Heating &Cooling because our air conditioner was not doing anything. During a heat wave of course. Gavin called right back to set an appointment for a technician to come out. Then he called to say there was an opening a day earlier. Dan was the technician. He called to let me know that he could be there in 15 minutes, was that okay? He was there before me and confirmed our suspicions. There was no more life in our unit. He explained why. Very thorough. I appreciated the professional manner that he used. Dan explained the warranty as well. He spoke to Gavin who arranged everything for the next day. The two techs that came out, Derrick and Jason were amazing. Friendly, respectful and kind. They tidied as they went along. It was obvious they have worked together before, as they worked as one unit. They were also friendly to each other. I could hear occasional laughter. Once it was complete, Derrick explained the paperwork to me and that Gavin would be calling. Soon after Gavin called to complete the transaction. All four gentlemen were professional and respectful the entire time. This stressful situation was almost enjoyable. From 88F to 74F in 24 hours. I will recommend this Winnipeg company to all.
