3 months and 30 lbs lighter, Huge benefits for me overall . Tried to lose weight last few years but no avail. Finally , I found this Wellness Centre and it works amazing. Thousands recipes for meals preparation at home, easy to follow , delicious. I am so happy that I found this Centre ( the only one that works for me , no cravings, variety of delicious food ,no hunger , and list can go on and on) It is worth the money you spend , because you get results you want with the help and great support , face to face meetings, from Ms. Linda Richards .
