My wife called for help with the leap program and was met by the receptionist badgering her on everything basically told her to not by food for our kids and to pay everything on our own. We fell behind one month of utilities due to lack of work. It was a terrible experience and we are taking matters farther due to the badgering and a basic no of getting help from a place that helps people don't go here go to new beginnings they have a much nicer program then these guys.

My experience at the Unemployed Center, has been one that I personally will never forget. The employees their are the most helpful and cheerful that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The programs they have provide me with have opened my chance to find employment are very helpful and enjoyable to attend! Because of these programs I have a successful resume and cover letter for job searching, and also now have my grade 12 diploma, which is going to help find employment. I will highly recommend others to this Unemployed center .

Receptionist who takes phone calls is very rude, doesn't sound excited to be doing her job and after many times of correcting her and spelling my name out she got my name wrong. No standard reception policies like, have a nice day"

My consultant is the best. So caring, so passionate and so efficient.The center offered computers, resume writing and other workshops.

Staff at the People's choice Pantry are genuinely caringThey have limits based on number whether you are an individual or family and the number of people living together and they do their best to ensure that you get what you needI believe that you can go weekly to pick up vegetables and monthly for the full gamot

Everyone is very nice, informative and are there to help with finding jobs. They provide assistance for food, hydro,housing

For unemployment help/food bank, the location is quite difficult to get to if you do not drive. I'm lucky enough to be able to join their remote sessions for the YJC program.They are mostly extremely helpful in aiding you to find work. However, something that bothered me was that sometimes the job coaches and the people that are supposed to help you are backhandedly rude. The one person kept referring to how my generation" does things (i.e. "your generation doesn't know how to communicate"). I find blanket statements super unhelpful for employment help

I was consistently impressed with Melody's ability to relate to our very diverse group. She kept the training focused and interesting despite the differences in skills, abilities and knowledge of the class. Melody navigated the challenges that adult learners present and was able to ensure that we received the information we needed to be successful.Rob is very passionate about his profession and I always found him to be ready to share his expertise and his passion. Rob is a patient teacher, a wonderful ambassador for the culinary arts and pulls no punches in his kitchen. He is very good at giving out praise to the team and to individuals. Rob is a great advocate for his students and his program in general.

Since the beginning the staff were truly kind, and support me throughout my case. Renee made the difference for my day I´ll hope to achieve my goal.
