*updated review* We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than we had with D&D Constuction Group, initially. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy.They worked on everything from our metal roof, interior paint, drywall repair, some plumbing, and gutter and gutter guard installation. (This is supposed to have a 30 year warranty, and we were told we would be given the paper work for this upon completion. When we asked, we were later told that it just runs through the company and there is no paper work to support this warranty? We asked them back for our bathroom remodel and fence installation. Fence was done by T&D (Sidney, Maine) and we couldn't be happier. Bathroom isn't the same story. The work was done well, but we have had an issue with the caulking turning yellow (only a few months after installation) and upon reaching out to D&D, we received a reply that the owner had been injured and would be in touch. 6-8 months passed with no contact so I reached out again, and still no resolution other than to blame manufacturer of the caulking. So, if you're handy and able to fix small issues like this, id say go for it.

I knew nothing.Furthermore, I have very hard to please and seldom impressed.We hired D&D for new siding, gutters and guards.Hoping for the best with the stories of nightmare contractors running through our heads.James and his crew blew us away. Their warm friendliness and unrivalled professionalism are only surpassed by the quality of their work, and that is a very high bar.They went above and beyond. The attention to detail was astonishing. Things you couldn’t even see, however made your home better was done, and we didn’t have to ask.They really do treat your home as if it was their own. They treat you as family.Their communication was outstanding and let us know everything we could expect, and then they went beyond.It all came out so much better than we had thought it would.Stop looking for a contractor. You’ve found one. An honest, hard work, leave no stone unturned team.You will not be disappointed by James and his team, I promise you.Absolutely top shelf. As far as we’re concerned, they’re family now.

James put filters on our gutters as well as put new siding on the house. Both jobs were done to perfection. Dependable, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He wants the job to be done right. I am so pleased, in fact, that I have already booked him for another project next spring, and have recommended him to my neighbor for a project she wants done next spring. Awesome!

James is very personable and he communicates well. I was more than pleased with the replacement of my front facia and the installation of the new gutter. Pricing is very fair. I have more jobs for him in the future!

We reached out to D&D Construction because of the many great things we had heard about them to install gutters and gutter guards on our new home. What initially started off as gutters quickly became painting, repairing cabinets, repairing the roof, and an upcoming bathroom remodel. I could not be happier with all of the work that they have done on our new home and look forward to continue working with them on all of our upcoming projects. James and Jesse at D&D Construction did an exceptional job installing our mixed-width pine floors. They were polite, punctual, professional, and very responsive to my feedback. I felt I was part of the process for the entire project and the result was beyond my expectation. This was not an easy job and the fact that they planned well and took their time made all the difference. My husband and I appreciated their reliability and expertise. We highly recommend D&D Construction and will definitely be hiring them again for more projects.

D & D Construction Group replaced our front deck. The workers were very friendly and professional. The finished deck is beautiful! During the project, the materials and debris were properly secured and cleaned up. The work was done during the winter and even though the conditions were not always the best, the work continued until finished. We would absolutely recommend James and his team.
