Excellent company. I have lived in one of their townhomes for over 4 years so far and they have been nothing but exceptional. They are the best place I have ever rented from by far. The property is always well maintained and clean. If there is ever an issue it is fixed in a more than timely manner. I have never seen a company that puts their tenants first as much as they do. Just amazing.

We sent in a maintenance request on Thursday mid afternoon the man came next morning fixed our problem was very polite and friendly couldn`t have asked for more.

Fantastic venue, very clean with nice interior decor, and well tended grounds. Recent renovation in the pool area looks very sharp. Also has karate cat classes, which is awesome

We have enjoyed our townhome in Berkshire Village in London after retirement for the past 15 years and enjoy the neighborhood and amenities very much. The community centre is a beautiful hub of activities all year round. The rental and maintenance staff are excellent and we have nothing but good things to say about our time renting our home from Siftons.

Nothing but good things to say about Sifton. The ground crew, the service workers, the office staff, all been brilliant. Had a tree come down during a storm and they were quickly on site to clean up, etc.The common areas are kept clean, despite other tenants that put their garbage out on random days, etc.Brilliant.
