Active Sports Therapy
Rachel is a great physical therapist and with her exercises and treatment (mainly dry needling and heat), my back pain has improved a lot. She has a great knowledge and is very professional. Would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants an AMAZING PT!

Active Sports Therapy
I was experiencing severe pain from damaged and inoperable rotator cuffs on both shoulders. The physiotherapist that treated me used modern techniques and the pain was eliminated. I would recommend Michelle Nay as a an excellent physiotherapist. Front staff at AST are polite and professional and AST offers other services in addition to physiotherapy. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This has been the greatest experience trying to get my back/neck better. From the staff at reception (you are awesome) to the friendliness of everyone there. Most of all, to my amazing Physiotherapist Michelle. Her work has seen great improvements and I am lucky to have her knowledge and care. Thank You Michelle, You rock! Thanks AST for providing me with excellent staff and coverage (including Vicki for the acupuncture and Qi Gong classes).

We see Dr. Jennifer, she's been amazing with my healing from a concussion and whiplash and my child's whiplash as well. She's phenomenal with body autonomy and consent and has the patience of a Saint.

I rely on AST for my physiotherapy and chiropractic treatments exclusively. I've benefited from their team approach.Recently, Olivia referred me to Michelle for the Gunn IMS treatment. What a difference! Its certainly worked for me. Coupled with Dr. Dave's active release technique has greatly increased by flexibility and all but eliminated the pain I was experiencing.I would highly recommend AST and their team of professionals.

First time here to see Ellen Wedermire for physiotherapy. I was so impressed! (I’m hard to impress by the way) she is kind, caring, takes time to listen, very knowledgeable. She was recommended to me by a patient of mine. Definitely would recommend her.All the front end staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to try some other services here. I drove across the city to go here and it was worth it.

I contacted AST when I suffered severe lower back muscle spasms while on holiday. Physiotherapist Olivia Tomlins was able to see me within hours and her professionalism and compassion were excellent. I have returned several times for follow-up treatment and the healing is complete. I could not have asked for better care.

Michelle Nay at Active Sports has been my go to for all types of pain. I truly believe that without Michelle my quality of life would not exist. She has helped me with my knees, lower back and multiple bouts of tennis elbow. Anyone in need of Physiotherapy would definitely benefit from an appointment with her.

So...I received treatment here after having knee surgery and the therapists were very helpful. They spent a lot of time with me and provided a detailed exercise program that has worked really well. Also, the location is great. I highly recommend this clinic.
