Banff Sedan

We utilized Banff Sedan for our wedding and it was wonderful! The shuttle was prompt and communicated effectively. The shuttle was clean and has a trash can. Miles was cordial and professional. Highly recommend Banff Sedan for wedding services - our guests were excited not to drive before or after the celebrations!

Booked a car for wedding. Chris was a very courteous driver. Well dressed and polite. Car arrived well before time. It was immaculately clean. Chris even went out his way to buy the bridal party some water as it was a very hot day and we had an hour or so drive to the venue. We used Banff Sedan for our whole wedding weekend, including a pretty last minute booking for their 24-seat shuttle. All of our drivers were on-time and friendly, and the vehicles were great and very clean. Would definitely recommend Banff Sedan for your wedding (or non-wedding) needs!

Jordan from Banff Sedan was our driver for our recent elopement at Bow Lake. He was on time and so helpful. Since there were no guests, we asked him to help out with a number of tasks -- holding the bridal bouquet, putting away the bouquet and bringing it back out of the vehicle, holding and putting away the veil, witnessing the ceremony, and so forth. He definitely did more than just drive. Highly recommend!

We booked the 25 person bus for our wedding to shuttle the wedding party around the Banff for photos. It was an awesome experience! The driver was so fun and knew the area very well, the bus was very clean and comfortable for everyone. We had Banff Sedan on our wedding day transport us from Lake Louise to the helipad for our heli elopement. Chris picked us up and was very respectful, kind, and easy to talk to along the long drive. We would highly recommend this service for anyone needing a ride for a special day!

Perfect Ride! All aspects of our trip from Calgary airport to Banff were perfect. Easy to book online, confirmations / reminders were sent, able to pay gratuity in advance, driver was waiting for us (and we arrived early), car was clean, no excess chatter, safe drive. I’d book again in a heartbeat.

Great experience with Banff Sedan. They reached out right away to confirm the airport pickup. And helped me to address a problem I created when I made the reservation. They sent out a reminder of the pickup. On pickup day, the driver was prompt and professional. My daughter and her boyfriend thought he was very interesting and informative. And they also said the car was great. Would highly recommend!

We decided to use Banff Sedan to take us from Banff to Calgary airport, to have a little luxury as we had eloped a couple of days before. Our driver, Derek, was prompt (actually early, so luggage could be sorted and we could check we had everything, which was great), greeted us with a smile and when we came out of our accommodation with our luggage he congratulated us on our wedding which was lovely, he proceeded to take out (rather heavy) luggage and put it in the car. When booking I chose the Genesis G90, it was spotlessly clean despite the snow and gravel on the roads and when Derek opened the doors for us it was brilliant, the car is so luxurious, perfectly clean inside and incredibly comfortable. Derek drove perfectly, we felt very safe on the journey and he made a great suggestion about a coffee place (Eclipse Coffee) on the way through to the airport, so we stopped there briefly. Derek was bright and chatty and we could have a laugh with him which was great. We couldn’t fault anything at all, next time we are in Banff we will not driving with anyone else, Banff Sedan is the company to use.
