Lots of help available at parts desk. I was waiting in line behind the person who was getting help the the autoparts desk when a gentleman came up and asked if I got help yet. He helped me get all the right parts and took them to the front for me thanks for the great service today.

I bought the oil from this store before. I asked about service fee for oil change here and the service person asked me to change the oil filter as well. I just got the oil filter changed last time and I told them that I just want to change the oil with the oil I have but he refused the services. He made the oil change services so difficult and very unfriendly. I used to bring my own oil to have Canadian Tire do services for me but now they dont want to do. Such ridiculous services, I guess they earn more money to upsell customer. Wasted my time though I called before coming and the person on the phone confirmed with me about oil change services when I bring my own oil that I bought from them.

By far THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at an automobile shop. The manager Matt didn’t care about my issue and even after physically showing it to him and acknowledging there was actually an issue, he kept claiming that his mechanics are “red seal” but they couldn’t fix the issue I was having instead proceeded to charge me more on a job they botched, I asked for a refund and Matt refused.Don’t ever go to this Canadian tire they will overcharge you and act like your issue is non existent because they don’t want to take the time to actually fix it, If I could rate a 0 I would.

Terrible Customer Service Evening Shift Manager's Atitude.I was there to pick up a nail puller. I saw only 1 piece on the shelf but with missing carribbeaner. I asked hardware guy for another piece.He told me go to customer service, and they will adjust it for you. I went to customer service. She asked her manager for adjustment. But the manager's attitude was so rude. She can't even stand or listen to her associate or customer. She was running around, said nothing she can do. It's not that important part of the tool. She wants me to pay full for the tool has missing parts. Terrible attitude towards the situation and terrible professional behavior at work place. I am sure after few days or so they will sell the same tool tagged AS-IS" with price adjustment. Associate was more professional then her own Manager."

I booked an appointment on Monday 4:30 pm, but it was Victoria Day (22/05) so there was another person called my to reschedule the appointment to the next Tuesday 11:30 am (23/05). He told me to come on Tuesday and he got all the information and details of the car, he said that there is no mechanic in store on Monday so come on Tuesday then. And on Tuesday, I got them a call before I come and surprisingly, the appointment has changed to Tuesday (30/05) without telling me and that person confirmed that there may be an error". No

I needed a good and not expensive coffee machine, the choice was big, but I didn't know which one to choose. The store staff is very friendly and they helped me choose the right coffee machine, thank you.

Experience was terrible. A car that I bought was safetied there, but should not have passed. The brake lines were rusted through and rear strut was snapped and rusted but it somehow passed. The shop supervisor was rude and unhelpful.

Every Canadian tire is identical. Their is no individuality, however their inability to fail is refreshing. Everything is always neatly stocked and available!
