The store is clean and well organized. Customer service is inconsistent, depends on the staff. The selection or clothing, outerwear and shoes is great. I would say the quality of clothing is good and Carter’s usually has a sale going on.

Excellent customer service. The Manager Holly went above and beyond to help me find the right fit for my girls for back to school, she was so kind and patient. I will definitely be back. The store was clean and well organized.

Clean and organized store. Has a nice selection of kids clothing, shoes and outerwear, which I find is priced fairly for the quality.Sales staff is inconsistent with regard to being helpful or friendly.
