My personal experience at this location has never been short of exceptional In every department.And it continues to be that way specially with the new Manager at the beauty department,Esma!She’s nothing short of extraordinary and amazing with customers. I’ve always been satisfied and happy as a customer again and again. She’s knowledgeable and pays attention to client.

Now I know why this Shoppers store has such a poor review. Deceived me to take sugar testing strips in place of medication and refused to take it back. I will never step in there again. Puts customers last. Never go here. My ugly experience was with a pharmacy assistant called PETER. He was not considerate, refused to find ground with a complaining customer. Even accused me of raising my voice in the presence of my little children. I had to leave the strips and the money with them. I will rather go somewhere farther with good customer ethics.

What a horrible cosmetics manager. I went in. Purchased a concealer apparently on clearance. It was suppose to be a universal shade. Did not work with my fair skin. Went to return a 10$ item. She said no I will not, it is clearance and I will not return it. I said where does it say that. And she showed me the receipt where it says some exclusions apply. We looked online and it said clearance items. I said strange as I shave returned clearance items before no problem. I then asked to speak to the store manager. She continued to say that he does not want to speak with me and she said no. I said I want to talk to your manager about something else not this return. And she said no he doesn’t want to speak with you. And I said speak with me? He said no? Then she got flustered and tried taking another customer behind me in line. Just me and the other customer. I then asked her for her name and the store number. She was more than happy to state her name and store number and told me to call the customer service line and complain if I want. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT. let alone being an previous cosmetics manager for Estée Lauder. She then tried to say I was harassing her as I was asking her to speak with the manager again. never once did I raise my voice or be rude. From the beginning she was not going to help me. Not sure what was the reason. Esma was her name. Store number 1147. I took this item back to the Glen Erin location and they returned it no problem. Not sure why she wanted to fight over a 10$ concealer. It was pathetic and disturbing to be treated like that. She discarded me like I was already chewed gum. Not sure if it’s because I came in wearing gym clothes. But I felt she was extremely disrespectful and rude. There is a right and wrong way of handling things. She could have explained her side and be empathetic and apologetic as in customer service you have to to be. Even if you don’t want to be. But instead she was argumentative and condescending.Avoid at all costs. Karma will get her in the end.

Be careful with this location. They keep expired medicines and food products on the counter. I just bought this week. This is not the first time, in my last visit they had expired medicine on the counter. They should have some ownership and not deceive their customers. They’re only looking to sell the expired products and make profit by risking the heath of others.

Horrible location. First, I had to walk around the ENTIRE store to find one employee. There was nobody at cash, even after waiting. Then when I found the employee, I asked her for baby formula as it’s restricted and you need an employee to help. She said wait in isle 5 and someone will come to you. 15 minutes later I’m still awkwardly waiting. I had to again, walk around the entire store to find one employee. She was in the complete back and when I told her no one came, she asked me what I wanted. I showed her a picture and 5 minutes later she comes back and says they don’t have any of the 3 kinds I asked for. Then when I went to check out, I had a manufactures cheque for $15 off any similac product. Because they had NO similac baby OR formula, I opted for the $14.49 moms formula. The cheque is for up to $15 off. Because the product was $15, she told me the cheque is not allowed to be used. I told her she could ask her manager, that it is allowed. She said she is the supervisor and that “she said no”. I have email from the company that this is untrue and the cheque CAN be used. The cashier would just need to adjust the discount to the actual price of the product. I had to leave $200 worth of product (only had 3 coupons/cheques) because there are many other shoppers in the city that will accept the cheque. I think the employees here need to be retrained on coupon/cheque procedures. A manager can contact the company directly to understand what is allowed and what isn’t. Or families like mine will just find another shoppers that will :)

My Doctor sent prescription before noon and I went in at 4 pm at nly to be told medicine is not yet ready. Does it really need more than 4 hours to prepare or do they just want people to wait?

My wife and I came here last Thursday. It is a bit smaller with a more limited selection than the store in Meadowvale. However, the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We examined the dairy products we wanted to purchase and found that none of them were past their best-before-dates (unlike another Shoppers we previously frequented). We appreciated that.

this review is especially for RABIA! she works at the Canada post section! I want to say she's very welcoming very friendly very polite very helpful and very professional! RABIA went above and beyond to help me with my package delivery! she was very considering and very thoughtful! I am very happy and satisfied with RABIA'S outstanding work ethic and her personality! I will only use Canada post at this shoppers drug mart for any of my future package deliveries and I hope I get to see RABIA in each and every visit! GOD BLESS YOU RABIA UR AMAZING!! 10 OUT OF 10 FOR RABIA!

Zero consideration and no care about the patients. Asked about my child medication and was told to pick it up next day. when I argued that the prescription was dropped off hours ago, I was asked to wait, only to find out after waiting that the medication was already packaged and ready for pick up.

One of the best pharmacy in all GTA,- they give the best medicine- the help you if you have special order and they give you best price- they give you your prescription within 20 min if you are in rash- they have many different programs to schedule your medicine- the staff very friendly add they know there customers very well- the pharmacist have a great experience and the helping right away when you ask them for help- all of them they have a 2nd language, just in case if you not speak English- the owner a very nice gentleman and he helping and giving you right advice every timeThank you for the hard working specially for RACQUEL, JASKARAN and CARMEN
