Sherwood Village and Glen Ridge Manufactured Home Office

We made a pass through there looking around and the park looked much nicer than the last time I was there

If i could give this place negative stars i would. My family and I Waited 4 months for a brand new trailer from here. They had my deposit and kept telling me two more weeks, two more weeks. I went looking for another place and im already moving in within a week. I just spent the last 4 months doing nothing because they promised us a trailer they dont have.

Had to call corporate five times to get Sheila to waive a late fee because they're not checking the rent box at Glenridge. Been 2 years nothing's changed they show pictures of a swimming pool and clean houses have the houses don't even have skirting on them . What a joke! Just to add to this review, they're driving around giving out violations for having a basketball hoop, but yet when you pull in the park it's a dump. Don't even cut their own grass.

They're bringing in some new trailers and seems like things have been rather quiet lately. However, the weekends are usually rather rowdy with the drunks and partiers. Lived here a year n it uses to be nicknames sherhood, but it's been better lately with new owners taking over. There are lots of kids so drive slow, and some of the kids are monsters that cause havoc on a daily basis.

These people that run this place are very rude. They are also in the prosses of evicting a single mother, that was beaten half to death in her home had to remove the bread winning WOMAN beater out. She has help from F.I.A with half the rent and has paid them the other half already in cash. These ppl are shady it's a wonder half the place is empty and the other half are dopeheads!!!!!"

Police stalk you here. Also will sit half way down a side road and ticket you for running a stop sign they have no way to view.

I would not live here. Would not recommend it. They do not get rid of the young punks that live all together in one little place and cause trouble. Lots of drugs not a place for kids. Many trailers have two bedrooms and seven to nine people living there. I was going to move in there. Decided to look other places.

Just called for information on renting and the lady that answered the phone ignored my question in favor of trying to convince me to buy a home . So I reiterated my question because I got no answer she gave me a quick and curt no then hung up with he phone . Terrible customer service indicates a poorly run business . Will not be giving them any or my money based on her extremely poor attitude. I’d advise going elsewhere .

To many drug dealers in here,kids wondering around late at night,they walk right in theMiddle of the street and refuse to move out of the way..the office people are awesome. But people running around with butcher knives in hand,people getting killed ( allegedly).homes are being broke into,people setting homes on fire.they throw big rocks at your vehicle's and break glass..The rent just went up for unknown reasons we don't see any improvement in here.So our rent increase just means someone got a raise.As soon as I get my place in order or if I can have this place moved Into a different park for free I'm out!!! Oh almost forgot Canton police are ALWAYS in here..I think they may have a sub station in here..they should since they are in here so often.Good Luck to the next good people who want to live in the arm pit of canton

This place gets a bad rep for crime and stuff but I've never really seen much of that but I mostly keep to myself. The biggest issue I have is getting notices for things I haven't done like for a table in my yard that never existed. There is a pretty bad cat problem and they will tear up your garbage if you leave it out. Also, parents let their idiot children run and play in the street without looking for cars. Other than that it's whatever.
