As a contractor, I had a quite good experience with Nationaldecking. They were so professional and prompt. Especially, Ria one of the sales reps. Her response time is less than a minute. I completely recommend them.

I required some fasteners deck plugs to extended installed composite decking 2 years before, they came through with the colour match and provided me with exactly what I needed. It was quick and easy. Ria was awesome to deal with, would definitely recommend using this company

I came in purchase composite decking and the service was excellent. Tristan helped me by assisting me samples and options. Then my order was taken by Ria the same day, who was informative and extremely professional. She went through the details and ensured I have all the materials I needed. The service overall was first class! I used Fiberon decking Bungalow colour and was happy with the product! I would highly recommend them!

I decided to DIY my deck and went into National Decking with a ton of questions. Right from the start, Tristan was super helpful and didn't try to push products on us. We went in 2-3 times just to look around and ask questions, and each time, they patiently answered all our questions about decking, posts, framing, lights, etc.They took the time to review our design, approach, material requirements and provided suggestions when we needed them.We ultimately appreciated the customer service so much that we ordered all our decking from them. Even when there was a bit of a mix-up around shipping, both the sales and delivery teams worked together to resolve the issue within a very reasonable time frame. When we received some damaged boards, they replaced them without question.Once we paid the invoice, it took approximately a week for all the material to arrive. Delivery teams were punctual, called ahead of time and took care of both the decking material and our property.No regrets going with National decking and would recommend them to others looking for great customer service.

The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. They carry a broad range of products from all the major brands. Ria, Tito and Tristan explained the products and went over my design to find the correct solution.The In-Lite lighting product they carry is a top quality European brand with so many decorative options, as well.If, like me, you want a DIY railing that doesn’t look like your standard big box style, then look at their selection of railings.I’llProbably save half of what it would cost me to go with a railing contractor.Thanks !

I would highly recommend to anyone building deck for their home. Ria and her team was very knowledgeable and patient to understand our needs. The pricing is great. We found the perfect glass railings and deck material under one roof. We installed the century glass railings and Fiberon deck, now the view is extraordinary.

I wish i coyld give them 0 star .I bought +20/000$ fence board from them .They said it doesnt need any soacers just stack it on top of each otherAfter a year all of then are bended and curved and i have to redoo the job for my clinte and funny thing isThey wanna charge u again for buying the material and didnt exist from last year . And caused all this proplem...................Answer to your reply :You 100% said juat stach them on top of each other cayse of the wieght they haveAlso as your said the newbrand ( true north )Did not carry those spacers and your pruduct last year .And in this year 1 alot of people complained that they came up with these spacersI know my jib and bought the cheaper and same material for the rest yess .And cause of that you shouldnt provide the right service.Wow sucj a respons

Very good place to go if you looking for a custom deck materials. Tristan is very professional and knowledgable. You can not get that experience in Home Depot or Rona instead you getting angry and unprofessional lazy associates. So very happy and highly recommend them.
