Today I called this company and explained my freezer wasn't working and that I had to throw everything out. Alexa who answered the phone was absolutely understanding and explained a few things to me. Then she called the repairman, Joan to see if he could come out today. Less than an hour, from the time i placed the call...mark was here and diagnosed the problem and gave me a few options. He explained everything in detail and any questions I had, he answered. I will recommended
