Great service. Highly recommended. I brought all my family members after getting a service here. The doctor is very thorough. The opticians are very considerate and kind. They also explain all the steps and results with easy words that even non-English speakers can easily understand.

Absolutely the best and only place for frames/lenses for me and my family. Service is outstanding. The team are friendly and knowledgeable. We needed an emergency last minute adjustment on a day the store was closed and like ROCKSTARS that they are, opened for us to get it done. You won't be disappointed! THANK YOU URBAN OPTICIANS!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at this eyeglasses store! From the moment I walked in for my eye exam to the speedy delivery of my glasses, everything was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service throughout my visit. Not only did they do a great job with my eye exam, but they also ensured that my glasses were ordered promptly. Ive been going here for 3 years for glasses and repairs. It is always an exceptional experience especially with the help you recieve from Joanne and Mohammad. Great selection of glasses at a competitive price and they always know what you want! Smooth in and out with satisfaction. Highly Reccomend
