The move went nice and smooth, took a little longer than expected but I understand that happens. What frustrates me is we have already found two broken items and we've only unpacked a few boxes.There was a record player specifically marked fragile

Obstructing traffic and the crew thought it was extremely humourous when politely asked and informed that this was not legal and they were obstructing traffic; when told to use the legitimate parking lot for the building the crew laughed.Do not use these movers, they're unprofessional, rude, and care very little about anyone using the road beyond themselves. How dare anyone need to use the road *as much as they do*.Disgusting. Avoid this company if you value quality work and maintaining a sense of professionalism for your money.

I would give this 10 stars if I could! I was in quiet the dilemma at the end of February 2023 as I hired a scam moving company, who of course didn’t show up. I called Riverside in a panic and I spoke with Nick who was able to help me last minute for a totally affordable cost. I went from being full of anxiety to overwhelmed with joy and relief. The movers were quick to load, and even quicker to unload. So impressed and I would highly recommend to anyone that needs to move!

Thank you Riverbend movers for making my move run smoothly and efficiently. Cam and Cam were polite, professional with high energy spiritually and physically despite the heat and humidity on Monday. Riverbend Moving and Storage was excellent to deal with! They totally saved the day when my initial movers didn’t show up. In less than 2 hrs, they had a crew over to my place to move me. Same day!The movers were excellent! Donovan, Mitch & Ivan were friendly, professional and very efficient. They were done all within 2.5 hrs. I was extremely pleased with the service from beginning to end.Thank you! In a pinch, you really came through for me.Would definitely recommend using this company to anyone looking.

Riverbend Moving and Storage
Used Riverbend to move apartments and was very pleased with the entire experience from booking with Nick to the actual day of the move. The movers were on time, fast, and friendly. The actual total came in lower than what was initially estimated. Would definitely recommend them and they'll be my first call for any moves in the future.

I haven’t moved with them yet but I got a quote today for a cross country move.Chris was extremely helpful, polite, answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with from my first conversation.I’ll update my review once our move is complete in a couple weeks but based on everything that others have commented- I think it will be good!

Great team. They did a small move for me from the other end of the city and removed my old couch. Very friendly and focused. Will definitely use them again. Recommended!
