This was my first time hiring a home inspector and I am very happy with our decision to hire Lakepointe. They were very quick to accommodate to us and booked an inspection for the very next day on a Sunday evening. Jason arrived on time, he was professional, very thorough and knowledgeable. He did not hesitate to answer all of our questions and clearly explained his inspection as he completed it. Friendly, fair priced and quality service! This is the first time I have ever hired a home inspector. Jason was very professional, and knows what he is talking about while also making sure you do too. We were at the house for close to three hours or so and time flew by. Jason addressed his own checklist but especially went over concerns I had in much detail to ensure nothing was missed and allowing me to gauge exactly what decision I should make. I would hire again without hesitation.

As a first time home buyer when it came down to the inspection I was very nervous. Jason Taylor was absolutely amazing he walked us through everything, and explained in depth all the in and outs of of our future home. He showed us routine maintenance that would prolong the life of both our furnace and hot water tank. He was incredible knowledgeable and proficient which made working with him an absolute pleasure! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.

I rarely leave reviews but Jason did a phenomenal job inspecting my first home purchase. He exceeded my expectations 10 fold and was cheaper than most of the other inspectors I was looking at. Jason was very informative and was able to explain everything so even a novice like me could understand. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was and how comfortable I feel after the inspection because I definitely know I chose the right guy.

Bad experience of my house in Clinton towns hip. I have a big list that he missed to identify when he did the inspection.He stopped communicatingHe blocked my numberHe has probably connected with seller agent and took money to hide the actual issuesHe made up an issue list that we identified ourselvesHe missed to identify shower, tub, tub leaking, water leaking, electrical issues inside and outside.The whole time he was talking instead of actually throughly inspection.I highly recommend everyone to stay away from him or you will lose big like me.

I had a wonderful experience with Jason Taylor. He showed up on time and promptly begin to inspect the house. He was extremely thorough.
