Good MorningOur daughter, Tarrah, requested your company make a front door and rear door for our home. We wanted you to know how happy we are. The quality of the doors and their appearance are extraordinary. The doors arrived on the very day we were told they would. Doug and Tristan, the installers you hired, were so professional and polite. They were a pleasure to have in our home. When I painted the trim the following day I was so impressed with the craftsmanship of their work. Our home, inside and outside, was left just as they found it. Everything was cleaned as they went. I don't think Doug or Tristan have ever used the phrase time wasting" because they worked non stop for the five hours they were here.Tarrah insisted that she wanted Canadian made doors and wanted very much to support a local company. She was so delighted with her choice and my husband and I were as well.Thank you all so much for your expertise and thank you for hiring hard working

From the first phone call we placed to them until the installation was complete, they were courteous and professional every step of the way. We are so pleased with the service they provided and the front door system they built for us.

My parents just had their front door installed.I think their finish product is a joke. Totally unfinished sidelight which is part of the assembly. I understand the trim might not come in the dark stain but the sidelight is part of the door package. Took advantage of elder couple with excuses.

I purchased two interior replacement doors pre-covid (not pre-hung, but trimmed to size), and had a seamless experience with beautiful doors at the end of it. Pretty good value, too. During covid, they are very busy, so keep that in mind. Might be a wait on the weekend. They recommend your bring in any existing doors that you are replacing for measurement, and that requires logistics for me - i recommend calling ahead to make sure they can accommodate taking measurements. Almost didn't happen for me on the weekend, but they found a way, and I'm grateful.

Definitely the place to get quality custom doors, experienced service and installation, and you can talk to staff that know their product, the process, line of products inside and out. The installer (Doug) and his assistant were amazing. Thier attention to detail was incredible. They were quick and professional. I cannot say enough about the service and how good the install was. I am happy with the door I purchased although there was a slight hiccup with the glass insert which got sorted out quickly with 1 phone call. I would buy from them again.

Nothing but good things to say. From the show room to the young men that came to install it. Nothing in a old house is square anymore. But the job looks fantastic. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

The doors are very good quality . I found the staff in the office (Tim & Henry)as well as the installers provided excellent service. Doug and Jaden installed a front and back door very quickly and efficiently. The doors look fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Niagara PreHung doors to relatives or friends.

Service was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable about products and work to be done. Shows you various options and makes sure you are picking the correct product for the correct location. I originally wanted double doors and then was shown other options. My cost ended up going down and install will be much easier and be able to arrive much earlier. Went from 8 weeks to 2.5! Definitely check them out if you are in need of a door. Our door is beautiful!
