My wife & I have been using GNS Party Rentals for years, for birthday celebrations, Christmas parties, etc. Their customer service is on point as is their rental fees.

We rented some runners for our party and returned them back the next day - we got the OK that our runners weren't damaged (which they weren't) and that they would be releasing our hold. We get a call back from them 2.5 weeks later complaining that there is mold and that we have to pay for the damage. EXCUSE ME? It's been over 2 weeks and they still expect us to pay for damage they caused waiting so long to wash their own runners. To make things worse, they think they can go ahead and charge my Credit card on their own terms! FUNNY!

Dropped in a few times for some last minute items we needed for events and was so happy with the customer service we received. Really helpful and welcoming! Not to mention the adorable dog they have behind the desk who is also super friendly!

Called 1.5 weeks in advance to book chairs and was told they have lots of chairs still available but i need to book online. I called on the day of pickup and was told they were too busy to check their booking emails so my order wasnt processed. Stupid guy who i originally spoke to could have just said no. Why make me book, knowing i wouldnt get the product?

I cannot thank you Moorthy enough for his help through a wonderful event! He helped every step of the way, quick communication (within 12 hours..you can’t expect much faster, they run a busy business) and we got exactly what we needed.

I rented 25 chair from this so called business from july 15-18. On Tuesday i called him explaining that i will be late before i even asked him how much he started to speak vary rudely and started telling me he has a business to run". I own a business as well and never used that tone on any of my customers. i was willing to pay the late fee understandable. BUT because he was really rude i decided to write a review.Also my cost for the chairs was $52.00 for 4 days it was late 2 days he charged me $49.00 ????? i might was well kept it for two more day that would make sense.Beware if your late he will charge you similar amount you paid to rent.I'm not cheap so i didn't complain OR yell i just paid it quietly and left.You go this review because of the way you talk to your customers.Look at all his bad reviews before he humbles himself and talks nice to the customer who felt wronged hes just defending himselfDO BETTER."

Rented a cylinder of helium to inflate 150 balloons for 150 small ones. I only got to fill 70. I paid $160. A complete rip off.The balloons just fell down within 24 hours and lay on the floor meaning the the cylinder was mixed with air. In other words FAKE HELIUM is sold for profit.As you can all see the response from the owner was expected as every business with a negative review would like to show the public that negative reviews are not accepted but my review still stands firm.The balloons just drop to the floor within 24 hours. Its not the first or the last time I rent a cylinder of helium but not from GNS Party Rentals ever again. They might be okay for other services but definitely not from helium cylinders unless they check them for pure helium. Some customers are oblivious of what they are getting for their money, they are just not bothered to give any review whether positive or negative.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fast, efficient service. Great place for rentals on a small and large scale.
