If zero stars was able to. I would. Don’t waste your time here.The server in the lounge who is also the bartender needs some life lessons on customer service. After providing feedback about the quality of service. (Cold food. Drinks to the table. Jokes about not needing dessert because we look like we’ve had enough…) Then continuing on mocking the customer at top notch and how they treated you or didn’t tip you with your other fellow customers/buddies sitting in the lounge before anyone has left earshot really makes you and BPs look like a group of classless jokers. Do better.

Service very poor- yes you get busy but to not even fake kindness at that point is just meh all around.Food took a while which happens but the rush drop off, no offer of anything else needed (refills) or taking away glasses that had been sitting for 15 min.

Food was good, drink was refilled promptly and because I was staying at the hotel next door I got 15% off. Didn't know that and the server didn't have to let me know but she did anyway. Much appreciated

I went to this location around 9pm on a Thursday. It was really conveniently located across the lot from the hotel, but it was also super quiet (I was there for around an hour and was the only customer in the dining area). At first I was a bit put off because I stood at the front for a while and had to walk to the back to get someone to assist me, but once I was seated the service was excellent. Food was excellent, pizza was fresh, and my server was very friendly. There are a few items on their late night happy hour menu, but it's not the best value happy hour menu I've seen (ex. 5 wings for $6).

Just ate there on June 24/23 in the lounge. I’m not a huge BPs fan but I gotta give kudos to the staff at this one! The food and drinks were great and the staff was impressive during the big supper rush! Staff was very friendly and professional! The general manager was also running around helping the servers. Great job everyone!

Loved the food! Austin on the bar side was funny!! Made sure we had everything promptly and accurately! His own twist on a Moscow Mule was to die for! Highly recommend keeping him around, definitely a great promoter for excellent customer service!! Thank you Austin!!

We went there as a stop over during a field trip. We were a group of over 25 students, the food was preordered and was ready for us when we arrived. There was a lot of disorganization, but they seemed to have several large groups come in at the same time.The waiter was on top of things and ensured that we got all that we wanted. We ordered more food as we were eating and it arrived promptly.

nice waiters but the whole experience was spoiled by waiting for the bill. we waited for the bill for 30 minutes and all the good impression was gone. in terms of atmosphere and surroundings - the worst Boston pizza in red deer. but stuff is nice! tried to helped with tv! thanks for that!

Not very great. 7:00 pm, not busy maybe 4 tables including us, chefs or waitress got an order wrong my father had ordered a Boston brute, a hamburger showed up which is ok things happen, then when the correct order showed up gravy was a jelly with a film on top, clearly just came out of the fridge couldn’t bother to even heat it up, and the sand which was clearly rushed and not put together well. At that point the rest of our table had all but finished eating so my father went without eating altogether. Server was kind but also inexperienced didn’t know what the order was supposed to look like and didn’t check meal for quality assurance. We were given a 15% discount but overall left unsatisfied. Better off going to the North end.

Ordered the nachos. Was very disappointed for the order that we paid for. Hardly any toppings. Small salsa and sour cream sides. If I was Boston Pizza I'd be embarrassed for myself. Won't be back.
