Brad is absolutely amazing! Very friendly and knows his stuff! Gave Brad a call to come take a look at our very complex boiler system that two other companies couldn’t fix. He was patient and understanding as we went through the problems and our concerns. He spent a hr or so going over the system and he made some recommendations witch we approved. Brad re-piped and added some controls his work was very neat and professional looking! But more importantly it worked!! We have heat in areas we have never had heat in since the house was built!!Thank you so much Brad! To everyone that is reading this Brad is well worth the wait he’s very busy for a reason!

Amazing!! Had gas leak and Enbridge turned of gas toady during the storm. BRAD arrived within a hour and repaired. Highly recommend!!

Brad just finished installing a ductless air conditioning system in my house. Even though it is a busy time of year for AC installations, Brad was able to instal my system very quickly. He attended at my house to provide an estimate within 2 days of my call and the system was installed about a week later. At all times was Brad was friendly and very helpful. It was tricky getting our A/C working. The previous owner used a friend to do things and somehow the power supply for the furnace and A/C were doubling up the voltage. The fuse and controller board and transformer all blew. But they worked through it & managed to get the A/C eorking. And just before the heat wave too!

Brad is extremely responsive and has helped me out in a pinch multiple times. He did a service call for me today to restore heat in a clients house and got the job done.

My husband and I contacted Brad after failed attempts at having Reliance install a ductless AC and heat system at our townhouse (Reliance very unresponsive with us and flat out ignored us at times). Brad came the very next day (which was the Canada Day holiday) to assess the house and provided us a quote a few days later. He offered to install the next week, but we had to pick a later date due to our schedules.Overall, they did an amazing job and are very responsive to inquiries and customers. We are very happy with our new AC system and I am so happy we decided to go with McDonald as they are local and provided great customer service.
