I’ve shopped at a lot of Guess locations and have to say this one had the best costumer service I have seen. All staff members are professional and run their butts off for their customers. Every time I walk in there it is always a pleasurable experience. Well done guys!

Me and my friend visited the store, urge outlook of store is always amazing, we were looking for shoes, customer service wasn’t impressing at all. Cashier was so rude.

Wow! Never have I been to the Guess Kelowna store and had such a positive experience. It started with actually being greeted when walking in, the ladies were beyond helpful when trying to help us find a tape measure to measure a duffel bag. Jojo searched the back for different backpacks to match the duffel bag in color! She’s an absolute gem of a salesperson! She is nice, personable and a down to earth human! Would 100% shop here anytime she is working. Thanks for all the help!

This store is absolutely crazy. I like the clothes for men — they're great. For whatever reason their return policy is absurd. Even if something is discounted by $1, their team is still unable to return an item with a receipt and the original item and tags within 1 day. It's insane. No returns on sale items, and they don't exactly tell you that when you buy things.Like the clothes, but beware of their return policy.

Store manager was extremely helpful while having to conform to a Guess policy when it comes to exchanging an online order. Guess's policy to exchange an on-sale" only applies if the item is still "on-sale". This policy is ridiculous when wanting to exchange for a different size. Store Manager made my experience much better

Just bought a few pair of jeans at the orchard park store and Jorin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff and an overall great experience!
