Kit was so helpful in designing my garden. I had so many ideas and didn't know how or if they could all come together. He gave me practical advice based both on our local climate and in what would be involved in maintaining some of my big ideas. I'm so happy with the end result and I love it when friend come over and remark on the garden. It's a totally different space as soon as you step through the gate (they built the gate and fence too!). Everyone marvels at both my front and back yards and asks me who did it. I'm happy to tell them and recommend this great local business. Kit, Tobin and their great crew did a fantastic job!

True Earth Landscapes has been looking after garden maintenance at my house since 2020, and the quality of their work has been exceptional. I don't think the garden has ever looked better! I recently requested that they plant three new shrubs to replace some that had died, and the selection and quality of the plants was very good. Kit is knowledgeable about plants and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

True Earth recently did both our driveway in brick as well as a patio with cedar pergola. We are incredibly happy with the end result of both projects, but also with the process from beginning to end. Kit, the owner of the company, was (is) responsive, respectful and really nice to interact with. The women who actually worked on the project (for the most part just a team of 3, Zahida, Brittany and Lucy) were an absolute pleasure to have around on a daily basis. I loved coming downstairs in the morning to hear them laughing together (not uproariously, just enjoying each other’s company). They were always very professional and respectful in our interactions, even when we were the annoying clients whose plans changed mid-project and things had to be rethought. When this did happen, they were more than happy to accommodate and provide an updated estimate for extra work. In designing the pergola, my input was first and foremost (I’ve worked with other people who bulldoze my ideas and just do what they want); I felt listened to. In addition to being really lovely people to have onsite, they also clearly knew what they were doing. Every part of the project is beautifully and skillfully done. Would 100% recommend and use them again for future projects.

True Earth has worked on multiple projects for us, from trimming our fruit trees, yard cleanup, garden design and a lower lock brick patio. They always clean up after which is a major plus and their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I call them first for any new project or advice. We have been using them for 4 years now.

True Earth did a phenomenal job of designing and developing our backyard including razing existing landscape, installing in ground irrigation and lighting, redeveloping landscaping as well as hardscaping. An amazing on time, on budget project-- thanks for your amazing vision and excellent work!

Construction of new patio and landscaping around it. These guys showed up when they said they would, worked hard and were pleasant to have around. We are thoroughly enjoying our new patio! Highly recommend them!

True Earth built a custom side fence, and did hardscaping and landscaping on our front and rear yards. Very good work. Nice people. Fair final price as quoted. Highly recommended.

We were immensely pleased with the work that True Earth Landscapes did for us! They designed and installed a lovely new garden in our front yard: it gives our house much greater curb appeal! And they took out an old storm-damaged fence in our backyard and put in a new fence that we are really happy with. I highly recommend True Earth: they did the work in a very timely manner and came in right on budget!

Emergency response was quick and well done! I sent an email to True Earth one night about worrying flooding that I'd discovered in the yard and found Kit at my door first thing the next morning to check it out. He indicated he had a busy day ahead, but when he saw the flooding, and suspecting its origins, he stayed and spent most of the day dealing with the problem (broken connection between irrigation system and water main). He dropped everything to deal with this emergency and stayed till the job was done. I am a grateful customer.
