I went to Vaultra with the hopes of getting a unit for a reasonable rate and with the assistance of Pierre i was able to get one. My boyfriend had been calling and searching around for units in Brantford for a few days, and thankfully we landed in the hands of Greg over here at Vaultra! This guy explained the ins and outs in such a fantastic way! He added some humour to the mix, making all that information very easy to understand and also memorable in the best way. The prices were amazing for the storage market right now, but Greg could’ve sold us on anything. His charismatic attitude just upped our mood and I cannot recommend this place enough! I have had a storage unit with Vaultra for 3 years now. They’ve been nothing but amazing!! Every time I needed anything they were SO accommodating and helpful. There has been a couple managers since I’ve first moved in there and they’ve both been phenomenal. Both of them have gone above and beyond to help me in any situation I’ve needed and I would highly recommend them if you’re in need of a storage unit. The location is great, very easy to access. I’m only moving out now as I’ve finally gotten a place and no longer need a storage unit. But again I would highly recommend them if you’re looking!

Been a customer since 2017...The Staff and Service are great. Storage units are Spacious and Clean, and Affordable. I always suggest Vaultra to anyone who asks me about storage facilities in Brantford.
