Jasmine was awesome! Such great attention to detail, friendly, and went above and beyond. The facility is super clean — all adhering to COVID protocols. Hot stone pedicure was so relaxing. Just a great overall first experience and will definitely be back.

Terrible. I have never written a bad review but I am so disappointed.. I payed anoutrageous amount of money for my nails to be so poorly done. I recommend going to P and A nails over this place. I was laughed at when I arrived home by how much I payed for what these nails ended up looked like. So embarrassing.

Absolute trash place . My simple acrylics were done in such a rush and I developed black mold under the acrylic TWICE from this place. And they are beyond expensive! The prep wasn’t even done properly because my nails started breaking and falling off little over a week. Overall, would NOT recommend.

Waited for twenty minutes after having an appointment booked. The nail technician was very rude to me. She threatened to go on to the next customer if I needed more time to pick a colour. I hesitantly picked a colour which I absolutely hate and am now stuck with. After applying the polish, she didn’t even ask me if I liked it and I couldn’t say anything at that point. Then when I go to pay, I find out the debit machines are down and cash is only accepted. They couldn’t bother to tell me this over the phone when I called to book an appointment. I ended up having to etransfer them.They have a sign up at the front but this can easily be missed by the customer. The sign states they are charging “cash +5%.” Not sure where this 5% is going... HST is 13% so is the owner just pocketing this cash or taking advantage of the Canada Emergency Benefits? I would ask for a receipt to see the HST registration number. I wouldn’t recommend this place, they seem to be doing some shadey business.UPDATE: THREE DAYS later my nails are peeling. Sadly, these won’t be lasting until XMAS or NY.Avoid this place!!! Do not recommend.

The worst my nails have ever looked. Took 2+ hours to do a basic square french tip (the easiest thing). In those 2+ hours my fingers were cut and drilled down improperly and my nails ended up still extremely thick, uneven, the wrong length, and wrong shape. There was a customer waiting for over half an hour for her appointment with the same lady doing my nails but since she was taking so long she had to leave. Terribly run business, no sense or respect for time management, and inconsistent talent across the staff. Some are great, others botch your nails and expect you to pay full price. I would recommend going to Queens in Oakville instead.

Don't come here for men's haircuts. Only go to a man to cut your hair not a woman. Truth is only men understand how to cut men's hair because their men. And women only know how to cut womens hair. Period.

I Always felt rushed and unwelcome. I made an appointment well in advanced and when I showed up 10 minutes early they told me that the time they had in the books was completely different than what we confirmed. So instead of taking me in they let me know that they took a walk in appointment instead.I've gone in to get shellac changes in the past.The work was mediocre and again rushed...Due to the way I have been treated multiple times at this place I will not be returning.

Extremely happy with the service I received today. They all work very hard and go above and beyond the service.Took their time and made me walk out with a smile!Ann and Stephanie are amazing! Love ❤️

Reallu unhappy . Booked an appt for 11:30 am . Showed up on time waited 15 mins , had me sit in a chair for a pedicure only for them to tell me they had three customers and they couldn’t serve me anymore . I wouldn’t have been so annoyed had they not sat me and made me wait for 15 mins. Obviously three paying customers over one paying one is more important to them . So I was told sorry can’t take you .. Really annoyed and a waste of time . Definitely not coming back and will make sure my friends etc don’t ever go back .
