Very good pizza, can't go wrong, my only complain is that they don't cut the pizza in equal slices, some are huge and the others very small, plese take an extra 3 seconds to cut them right. The other thing is that their website doesn't work when you try to make a selection stays loading forever, please pay attention to your website so you don't loose customers to other pizza places that have a working website.

The owner is super friendly, as well as the staff. My daughter will only eat pizza from here ( we tried all other pizza stores)LOL. Pizza is delicious and always on time and fresh!

This is where I ALWAYS BUY MY PIZZA And wings. I am treated well by the associates. They are very friendly and courteous to their customers not to mention the cleadiness of the store. Great work

One star by necessity, no stars in reality. This location gets the reward for the worst pizza I ever had. How any confident restaurant manages to totally screw up the toppings, thickness and wellness all in one order is mystifying. Worse yet my bill with tip was almost $30 and I was only offered $10 for an inedible pizza. Since the manager is ducking my calls, maybe he's got balls enough to respond here.

Bought a pizza from here and found a nail in my pizza. Not a finger nail... an actual steel nail. Thankfully didn't bite into it but yea definitely huge health hazard here.

Being a vegetarian doesn't leave you with alot of options in canada. Gino's vegetarian pizza is amazing. I have tried many pizza chains but nothing is compared to Gino's. Hands down guys, It was very tasty. 10/10 would recommend!!

one of the best places to get pizza, we ordered a huge amount for a party of 30 people. They were on time, the pizza was still hot to the touch, the guests enjoyed it. The owner was super friendly and ensured me that they can deliver on time. will def order from here again!

I am giving this -5 stars. I ordered a pizza for delivery and it took a full hour to arrive. when on the phone the guy guaranteed 45 minutes. I called customer service and they were rude and did not care whatsoever about my dissatisfaction. The delivery driver was also rude and did not care about the delay. The pizza was ice cold and I called back to also tell them that the pizza is so cold it’s inedible. The customer service again did not care at all and this location to begin with is very rude and the customer service is just as bad. Don’t waste your time with this location or even this franchise. If you have any issues they will just tell you to deal with it. And also forgot to mention that the customer service person on the phone hung up on me mid conversation. Worst service and pizza delivery I have ever experienced.
