ordered turkey bacon ranch sandwich only to drive away and find out I got a totally different sandwich. when I called to inform them no one would answer the phone. I called several times and still no one answered. I find it extremely upsetting to get something I didn't order and then nobody is willing to answer a phone call to deal with the issue in which they created. Completely unacceptable and this store in Chatham has gone down the wrong road. Used to be good not anymore. Very unprofessional. It leaves me feeling like they stole from me. They got my money and I didn't get what I ordered.Update: Arby's is only interested in helping if I go online and give them my personal info. so they can sell my info. really? I came in to get something to eat and now the only way you offer to fix us for me to give you more??? selfish and inconsiderate. Nice way to show your customers they are appreciated

Always freezing in there no matter if it's summer or winter. Food was alright. Fries weren't hot, roast beef tastes different than it used to, overall very meh for $30 for my kiddo and I to eat.

Kelly is amazing. Girl knows her business and how to be warm to her clients that come in. Came in with my boy who is 11 and he had a great time. She was quick and was inclusive in her conversation. He is shy and he ordered directly from her. It was great to see. Asked how the food was and just gave us a great family feel. She's been in the business 22+ years she told me and it shows. Coming from a management background and being in retail for as long as I have been, it is nice to see some of that old school warmth shine through in today's fast paced world. Thank you for the wonderful experience

The chicken sandwiches are awful!! They are like really cheap breaded frozen chicken patties that you buy at the grocery store. And look at the bacon they put on it! That little bacon?? Come on!! Are they told to give a third of a strip of bacon? There is no excuse to serve food like this considering it was $7.39 +taxes, and yet the competitors with excellent chicken sandwiches like KFC and Wendys and Popeyes cost less than that and they all use way better quality ingredients and taste a million times better and give at least 2 strips of bacon. I don't usually go to Arby's but have gone once each time they bring something new out, hoping it will improve, but it doesn't. The only good things they have is the Orange Cream shake - that is sooooo delicious!! And their cookies are delicious too!! The employees are generally very courteous.

Not sure what's changed as I've been to this location before with positive experience but today I had one of the rudest interactions with a staff member at the drive through. They were short, snippy and passive aggressive.

Food was great, staff was awesome, and had our meals ready before we were done pouring our sodas! I can't give them 5 stars only because they discontinued the Bacon Cheddar Deluxe which was my favorite item on the menu!

From the time I got in line to getting my meal was less time than getting just a coffee at Tim Horton's! Everything was accurate and done well. It was quite busy too so great job!
