Rude staff who dont go over the contracts properly. The staff could not answer my questions and treated me like I was dumb.Save yourself some time and walk a block West.

The staff was helpful, at first. He then seemed as though he could not have cared less about me and my questions. He eventually began talking to me like I was super dumb (I'm not lol), and I didn't even want to deal with him after that. We left and went to Rogers. Had better customer service there, tbh.

5 stars for the attempts of the female employee, who tried for 90 minutes to help me.3 stars for the service, in which, my prepaid 30 day plan stopped working (the telephone component) on day 28.After buying a new plan and 90 min of her trying everything to get it to work,it's 48 hours later now and the telephone is still not working at all.Which is bad when you're 10,000 km from home and need a phone.Data and text still work but phone, no.And in cities where there should be 5G service, for the past few days I'm barely getting LTE.Why?No one knows.:(

Telus loyalty service aint what it used to be. They stopped their loyalty line and it goes straight to the Philippines. NO LOCAL SERVICE available anymore. Doesn't always pay to go cheaper with customer service does it? Time to look for whatever else is out there since I don't have a contract. By the way I have been with telus for 20years and they always succeeded with their customer service and promotional deals Not anymore.

This is a bit of a delayed honest review. I am an employee of a large company across Canada and was hoping to take advantage of their EPP plan. I often am out in Steinbach visiting so I thought it would be convenient to stop in over the holidays to jump on the great deals at Telus. I have been a customer for years, and still am today. When I arrived, the female employee didn't seem to know anything about EPP plans, and when they asked for more information they inferred that my large company set it up wrong? After a delay of 30 minutes of back and forth, which it sounds like they were making up excuses of why they couldn't work with me. They tried setting me up on a full price plan... I am not sure if they are just trying to make more commission, and these EPP plans aren't worth their time but I was really disappointed. After calling into Telus support (which took an additional hour), they were dumbstruck and confused how one of their locations would refuse to serve me and saw no issues with my company. They recommended I go to ANY other Telus location to be served. After driving into Winnipeg, Telus Kildonan Place had me served promptly and actually set me up with some additional products saving me money. I don't know if it's the management and employees of this location, but it's worth the trip AWAY from Steinbach if you want to save time, money and be served properly!I actually informed the management team at Kildonan Place, and they said they were going to share this with this location! I haven't heard from anyone since. It's likely just tossed in the wastebin as a lot of these issues are, but it would have been nice to hear that this location took their business seriously!

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING.This company puts deals on their website to get you to the store. THEY DO NOT HONOUR THE DEALS ON THE WEBSITE.For the third time, I went to Telus to take them up on the deal I found on the website. The first two times I walked away without a purchase because they would not give me the deal. This time I made the purchase. I was told that the website had made a mistake and the system was correct and they simply could not give me the deal. They notified telus. More than two weeks later the deal is still posted on the website. It was not changed.Before I left the store I was told they would contact Telus to try to get them to change my bill. But more than two weeks later I have not been contacted and the deal is still being offered on the website.A bad review was not my first response. Telus, You have had the opportunity to change the advertising. I will be exposing your advertising tactics publicly on social media as well. I can understand human error but after it has been brought to your attention and you do not change it then I am left to conclude that it is intentional.Deliberate.The cell coverage is good in Manitoba. But BEWARE if you are making a purchase.Telus, I want my bill adjusted. I simply want you to honour your deal. PLEASE STOP OFFERING DEALS THAT YOU REFUSE TO HONOUR.I feel bad for the nice staff whose hands are tied. They can see the deal online but they cannot process the deal on their system. It is not the fault of the staff. They spent a long time on the phone trying to find a way to change it. To be clear, My complaint is not with the service but with the company.#FalseAdvertising #Fraud #Telus

I am on a group plan and in the last few months I've not had service unless I have someone's wifi. So I go in last wk and the lady was so I thought fabulous. She took my phone and tried a few things and then said it was my sim card usually there'sa fee but she commented she won't charge cuz she quit and said whatare they going to do fire me". Wasn't the sim card ! So Went in today and she was 1 of 3 saying because I wasn't the name on the plan they couldn't help me
