I had an appointment with the NP Mirah and she was amazing! I went in for a concerning looking mole on my neck and she expertly extracted it and sutured it closed. It looks like it'll heal without a scar. Great job girl! I felt very comfortable and we had some good laughs as well.

The doctors and medical staff are wonderful. Very supportive and friendly.

We drove across town to the clinic and arrived at 8:40pm, 20 mins before closing. There were only 2 siblings and 1 man in the waiting area. Upon entering we were told that they stop taking patients at 8:30pm. We explained that we called 3 times on the way with no answer and drove from far. My daughter simply needed her hurting ear checked before we travel in 2 days. The tall, bearded Caucasian guy was inconsiderate and rude and said that he already told the doctor there were no more patients and therefore we could not be seen. He wouldn't even ask the doctor if it would be possible to see one more patient. After 14 years of going there, we will never go back there again. Terrible customer service.

I once again experienced superior care from the London Family Health Team! Last evening, for the first time I had to use the aftercare service, it was extremely well-organized and efficient. Dr. Fleming was a pleasure to receive treatment from and her bedside manner is exemplary. We are VERY lucky to have such experienced medical professionals available to us in short notice. Thank you!

I have always had the best service from my Dr's office. All the staff are excellent. Very helpful and patient. I like that we book appointments for phone consultations as well. Much more convenient. Everyone is always pleasant at Dr Schacter's office.

It would be much better if the receptionist would stay off her phone playing Facebook while you stand at the window for 5 mins! TWICE!
