The owner lady and man deserve lots of praise. I went there to get my OCI online application done and the lady walked me through it like a breeze ... such a nice person ... just wowwwwww.

Worst internet cafe i have ever been so far..They even don't deserve 1 star,, i put it for the sake of writing this review.The lady here is careless, rude and arrogant. I wanted to print few papers from a software on my laptop (because it was not possible to have that software on the cafe computer), i ask the lady for wifi password and to print wireless on her printer. She gave the pass but then refuse to print directly from my laptop. I was able to do that but she kept saying it should be printed through her computer. I wanted to explain that it was not possible she act cold and careless. Then i wanted to leave and she changed me few dollars only for giving thw wifi pass.Very bad experience!!Skip this place and save your money!

Worst place ever.. even the 1 star they didn’t deserve it.. they treat in a rude way.I usually went there make photos copies and my last time i went there to print out some forms.. i asked the lady that she is in what should i choose to have my copy in color she just say select the color printer and that’s what i did but I didn’t get any thing and I repeat my questions please what should i do she said let me check in my computer and one she check she gave me a non colored copy.. i told her but i need the colored one she said again select the color one.. i told here to come and see by her self if what i did is the same she changes the printer and gave me another 2 non colored copies so now in total she gave me 4 non colored copies… i repeat again i want them colored what should i do then she came and select the right things that she should tell me from the beginning but she didn’t and she gave me the colored copies.. so now i have 4 uncoloured copies which I don’t ask for them and i dont need them and 2 colored copies that i need she charges me 7$ because the computer told her that i used the colored printer..

Extremely impolite!The lady is extremely impolite, she makes personal remarks and is unclear with the prices. please go another store for a better service

It maybe very hard to find internet and xerox store when we are in need of it. I had to submit the passport application. I didn't have laptop so I had to use the internet cyber cafe for applying online and taking the print of the application. I got it with in stone throw. Beside the BSL India. I was very lucky I submitted my application In one day otherwise I would have submitted on the following day. Thank God for this.

Very fast internet, probably fiber optic so downloading games was quick. Gaming" computers were pretty underpowered

Cyber Cafe is a great place, and I found the lady running this business, is knowledgable in so many different areas!I wish to give a hand to 'Highland' for making the effort to put all my copies together, and in a timely and professional manner.Thank you very much !

The lady working here was very careless. My elderly mother only wanted to print out one page and needed help forwarding the document to the email that was provided. The lady refused to help and would not offer any assistance. Instead, she sat and watched while my mother was struggling. Is it that hard for you to help out an elderly person with a simple favour? That’s upsetting
