Maria is wonderful. I had been dealing with a horrible salon in Vancouver for almost 2yrs before I found Maria's. They ripped me off, had cheap product and even worse owners. That being said, Maria saved me and changed my life! I got my confidence back and the quality is top notch! I highly recommend her. I have been a client since 2018.

First a big thank you to Maria, Mitchell and Brian.I took my 93 year old father in law to see Maria for a new hair system to replace the old one he had.Maria was great with him during the initial visit and the process to order the right system for him.Today we were there getting the new system and I have to say everyone was wonderful. Mitchell was great and took the time to make sure the cut in was perfect for him and the Maria spend a large amount of time styling the system to make my father in law happy and having exactly the look he wanted. She was so patient with him, doing whatever he wanted. I'm sure it took longer than expected but she wanted to be sure he was happy. The system now is so much better and looks natural.I know a 93 year old will take time to adjust but he was happy with the look.We are going to continue booking monthly appointments with them to have the system shampooed and styled.This family is a real pleasure. I am very pleased with the hair system and service I received here. Maria listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I was looking for.

Worst type of people ever. Mitchell had used the wrong glue in my hair and burnt my scalp when trying to remove it. He also picked the wrong colour as to what I asked for. He was rude throughout the whole procedure. I’m never going back again and I will be telling all my friends about this terrible business.Edit response to Maria: i live in Victoria BC actually but travel to toronto often. He was very rude to me and I hope he fixes his attitude.

I have only to say, check the better business bureau file carefully before you decide to buy from anyone, including this merchant.Interestingly the owner removes any negative comments.
